In for a service and recall update. Disappointing as they lost my service booking. As we had driven over 5 hours and spent the night it was good that they could fit me in. The car was given an excellent cleaning when returned and we did get the accessories installed that we had ordered.

Was extremely disappointed as I was refused by this dealership proper Volvo customer service due to purchasing my Volvo in another province. Still paying $341 for the simple oil change. The car was returned to me dirtier than I've dropped it off.
