Just had new shingles installed by the Rick MacDonald group. Previously had some vent ducts installed by this company. Very small project but they were able to accommodate where no others would. Right from dealing with Kieffer, the project manager to Zach, the crew foreman, staff were all professional and friendly. Zach came back promptly to address some very minor issues. Definitely recommended.

It was a pleasure dealing with such a professional company. The job they did was to install a aluminum ceiling to the underside of our deck. The installer they sent, Dave Whitehead was skilled, knowledgeable and very accommodating.

We have a large two story shed in our yard that we had soffit, fascia and gutters installed. The two young men doing the work were well mannered and professional, they did an awesome job. I will recommend Rick MacDonald Siding to all my family and friends. I am a perfectionist and it is always a gamble when you hire someone to do a job. Rick MacDonald's crew lived up to and exceeded all of my expectations.

The team did a wonderful job replacing one of our large windows. We were very happy with the service & their work!

Poor service and workmanship. Once the windows were finally installed, all but one had to have repairs within a few months. I'm still finding minor repairs to do myself, such as an improperly sealed window that allowed bugs inside. I would never recommend this company.Edit: On top of the other issues with these windows, I just discovered the way the trim was installed in one room. It was placed over the existing curtain rod hardware, despite having confirmed that the hardware wouldn't need to be removed. Now I'm unable to remove it to install a new curtain rod. It would have been an easy fix at the time, especially since I was home for the install and could have removed the hardware myself if I was informed.

10/10 - from consultation to communication with the office to the install, everything went great. Its definitely worth the wait for them to come do the job -- they are busy for a reason!Two friendly, and polite A++ guys came to install new eaves and fascia on the house. They did great work and offered helpful suggestions for what the best tweaks here or there were -- above and beyond my expectations. Cleaned up everything nicely too! And all for a very reasonable price. Would recommend to anyone.Update a year later: We had Rick MacDonald come back to do our siding and they did an amazing job. Crew was fantastic, polite, helpful and they knew what they were doing. Would recommend them again and again!

Thank you it looks like a brand new house! The team came in listened, were consummate professionals and would not stop until I was satisfied. People actually stop in their cars just to tell us how much they love our home. And we couldn't agree more. Great work guys!

We used their services during Covid for our gutters and downspouts. Then we had our garage door clad. This week they came and put a trim around my home so the birds will stop picking out our stucco. Amazing service, great response time. I can be super critical when I don't get what I pay for but these folks are the best. I wish there were 6 stars

Had windows and a new door installed. They look amazing! The guys who did the install were professional, friendly and efficient. Company was very responsive in a timely manner when I had questions. Overall great communication.
