I am kind of sad this place isn't open any longer as I used to get my bloodwork there 4 times per year and walked there all the time that took me at least 25 minutes up and the same back. Good exercise even in harsh weather, never stopped me...Also, Queenston street area used to be my child hood neighbourhood many years ago....will truly miss the walks now that I have to go to Life Lab on Lake and Lakeshore....(on the bus by the way).....be well everyone out there in these terrible times of COVID!

The staff in the am is usually great. But afternoon staff need to take lessons in customer service compassion and attitude classes. Will never return..

No wait time when I went. I also struggle with needles and after my bloodwork was done I felt faint and the staff helped me and allowed me to stay until I felt up to leaving. Overall a very good experience.

Weren't really Pleasant let alone gentle. My arm was purple and blue for at least about 2 weeks. However the service is quick and there's no real wait time.

Staff is nice, personally there 3 times 15 mins to and the door it locked, Should actually stay open until 4pm like the hours say .
