Totem Ski Shop

Staff were super knowledgeable and they had a great selection of items for skiing and other outdoor sports. They had a beautiful wall of skis and a small number of ski boot options. Great store for gear!

we accidentally bought a full zip, not quarter zip and the young lady at the counter was patient and helpful when it came to looking for the correct half zip. she needed a supervisor to take over the transaction and the man who took over was dismissive and rude to the girl who was trying to explain the situation to him and seemed a little short with us as well. she was totally on the ball and tried to explain everything and he misunderstood and incorrectly refunded us. we ended up buying something and chalked it up to being an off day. felt really bad for the girl and would come back because the selection is great

They have a good selection of camping and outdoor clothes/equipment. The sales are good here.

Was looking to try out some skis before purchasing my own, so I decided to try some demo skis out. Set me up with 2 great choices and loved them. They did an awesome job setting me up with what I was looking to try out. Super nice! Would highly recommend was a 20/10 experience. I'd suggest trying some demos out if you're looking to try some cool skis!

I first met Manu when he was doing demo days at Marmot. I had never heard of this and was very excited that I could try out some different skis since I was using hand me downs and was thinking of getting new ones but had no clue what to look for. Manu helped me with a few different types and suggested the Blizzard Sheeva 10 skis which was like skiing on a cloud. I wanted these skis but was not able to buy them before I headed back out of town. I called Totem the next day and Manu remembered me and the skis I wanted. He helped me place an order to get the skis. He suggested some binding for them and got a package shipped out to me. Manu was very easy to deal with and was super helpful. He was knowledgeable and I felt very confident with his suggestions. I had a very pleasant experience dealing with Manu and highly recommend Totem and Manu.

Fantastic gear and prices, very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I'm a flatlander in the mountains and these guys and gals make sure I'm good to go in any season. Just got new Merrell hiking shoes and Salomon winter boots for fall hiking and winter snowshoeing, replaced my well worn winter jacket and pants last year as well with North Face gear. The store is open with covid protocols in place and the online store is excellent, great job Totem!

We bought a sleeping bad and one sleeping bag at this shop. The experience was excellent. We got a lot of support in choosing the right product and a very happy with both of them. Highlight recommended for any outdoor equipment.

Had a great experience buying our camping gear from totem. Victor was super helpful showing us the sleeping bag selection and shared his own experiences with the different products. We enjoyed chatting with him and he helped us find a few other things for our backpacking trip. Would recommend based on the products alone, but the customer service was excellent too!

We rented skis for our family for a day. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. The rentals were ready on time and cheaper than renting at the mountain. All good quality ski equipment and in great shape. We like to support local shops. We even bought additional items there like goggles.

We went into Totem late afternoon last Thursday looking to have our bindings installed on our skis and their staff was super helpful! Noah was patient, knowledgeable, and very informative. Thanks for taking care of us!
