I have only received great service from this company. Keith goes above and beyond even on his days off.He makes sure that I receive feedback after every call and service that I request.Their pricing is way better than what I have been used to paying.Thanks Keith, you take a load off my shoulders as well as the loads off our properties.

The service was efficient and the bin was what we needed. The bin was dropped and picked up without us hardly noticing. Would definitely consider using them again if we have further renovation debris.

Was walking in downtown Vancouver around 12:30PM on June.25th. At the corner of Georgia and Richards st, a car cut off one of your trucks in the lane. Your driver started spewing profanity for good 3 minutes. This is a very busy intersection, and he was loud enough for everyone to hear. I thought that was the end of it. Your truck followed the car that cut him off, tailgating him and spewing more profanity along Richards st. Your driver was physically endangering that driver and other drivers and pedestrians in a busy downtown core. I've never heard of your company before, but believe this, if I ever need garbage bin rentals, it won't be Minibins. Your bonehead useless piece of skin driver just cost your company many many customers. Don't bother firing this driver, it won't fix anything.

We run a small steel fabrication shop and I have to say that Mini Bins is such a refreshing experience compared to the other commercial garbage services we've used in the past. They are personable, reliable, and offers far better pricing than what we were paying in the past. Can't say enough good things about our sales rep, Keith who goes well beyond all expectations. Highly recommended!

The customer service we have received from Robin deserves a 5 star review. We have not had the best experiences with garbage removal companies, but we would 100% recommend Minibins! Their drivers are always very polite and helpful as well. We appreciate it!

This is our second time using Minibins. Both times they have provided exceptional service. Everyone from dispatch to driver were friendly and professional. Delivery and pickup of bin was prompt and priced accordingly. Definitely recommend. Our experiences have been flawless.

As a property site manager we have moved to minibins for their better quality of service, reasonable prices and newer bins. It was frustrating dealing with the bigger firms for extra services or missed pickup issues. The calls got bounced around with no immediate resolution, Solutions are immediate with Minibins. Thanks!
