Do not order from this location!! The pizza was barely cooked!!! The cheese was not even melted. Just Horrible customer service. I called to ask about my late order and she refused to answer any of my questions and hung up the phone on me!!

Service was great. Only one employee working and I couldn’t believe how fast she was juggling both the kitchen and the service counter! Pizza was delicious too … love the quaddro.

Ordered 3 pretzel crust pepperoni pizza’s with 2 crazy bread to only find out after I got home they forgot something very important...THE PRETZEL crust!!! Instead we got 3 pizzas that looked disgusting. Picture attached. Very disappointed. We normally come to this location regularly and last week I tried the pretzel crust for the first time and was raving about it to my family and friends on how delicious it was. Today was extremely busy I’m thinking because of Halloween. Very disappointing experience today really hoping next time they bounce back and today was just a off night because of how busy they were today.

Called to get an order for delivery and got told we do t do delivery only if u do orders online. Not to mention person at the store was a little rude. I’ll never order from here again due to fact they don’t take delivery orders over phone and staff can be rude. I urge all my friends and family not to go here

For the longest time only 1 employee for the entire store, as a result they always messed up your order, recently I ordered the Chicago style pizza and what a dissatisfaction, I tried from another location close to work and it was great pizza(they had like 3 members taking care of the store) that's why my deduction for poor service and quality at this location, not to mention if you order crazy sauce, they barely put any in the container, I get it time are difficult and got to cut costs but the moment quality is compromised that should be a no no for GM or the owner in particular. This location if you order online you can even use the tracker because the girl is trying to keep up with all the duties. Don't get me completely wrong if you want to order just a regular Pepperoni and not one of the specialty items then go for it, it's really hard to messed on that but if you want to try a different then safe your money or try other options.

Their service is pleasant and I have not had a negative experience. The food is always well prepared and the breadsticks are life.
