Alana is the greatest went in last minute for peonies she was having a grand opening the next day yet managed to spare ten of her signature flowers!!!

Absolutely amazing! Working with Rada and Ivana was a very collaborative experience. They always listened and provided ideas, and we never felt like we were being dismissed or pressured into any decisions. We will definitely go with them again in the future. The flowers were absolutely stunning. Everyone at our wedding was shocked by how beautiful everything looked! We would give more stars if we could.

Alana’s Flowers and Gifts has impressed me every time whether It was a Corporate or Personal order. It is very hard to find a florist supplier that knows exactly what you want. I have dealt with them for over 10 years and not once did they let me down. They have always gone over and above with their Professionalism and Personalized service. I can always depend on them. I just had the best florist experience with Alana's Flowers & Gifts. I called relatively last minute a couple of days ago a few minutes before closing indicating I needed a very special bouquet for my wife's convocation today and the sales associate, Debbie, was just incredible! She listened carefully to my needs (even though I didn't really know what kind of bouquet to get), came up with a great solution, including recommending an additional special touch of a wrist corsage, and even ensured that they would be delivered a bit earlier than normal to our residence as we need to leave early for the convocation ceremony today. Needless to say, they were delivered even a touch earlier than noted, my wife loved them, they exceeded expectations (such a gorgeous arrangement, very showy, festive, and fresh cut and full of vibrant colours), and it just hit the mark in all ways possible! You definitely have a return customer! Can't recommend Debbie and Alana's Flowers enough! It's been a while since I've had such a great experience. Thank you....

We got married in July 2021 when things were just opening up again. Rada and her team at Alana's Flowers were one of the best vendors we had the opportunity to work with. She was very accommodating while we had to make multiple changes as our wedding had to be not only reduced in size but also postponed. The floral arrangements that she made for us were even more beautiful than what we expected. She helped bring my vision into reality and for that I am so grateful. I would highly recommend working with them.

My absolute favourite flower shop! The customer service is incredible and the flowers are simply breathtaking. I received a dozen Ecuadorian roses that lasted weeks and a bouquet of tulips that bloomed with multiple colours. I promise to be a returning customer with the experience they provide!
