Excellent service that stuff was very friendly and helpful the food is fresh and the ready in a few minutes I like this store is very clean situated near a bridge to the USA it's a good experience to go try a good fries and hamburgers

The classic Harvey's Burgers just the way I Like it. Double Cheese with easy on the sauces Mustard/Ketchup/Relish/Chipotle/Onions/Hot Peppers/Tomatoes/and Pickles. The taste from some 40 years I have known. Well I did add a few new things. But it's perfect. And so far I have had it 3 times at this location and fresh it has been even at the drive true. But I will say the parking is in need of mega repairs.

This restaurant used to be a wonderful place to eat at. It seems it might be under new management, and its quality has dropped significantly. The windows are filthy, the floors are sticky everywhere, and the tables were all uncleaned. The staff will laugh and have great time amongst themselves in the back, but when it comes time to deal with customers, they are quite unfriendly, unprofessional, and overall did not seem to even want to be there. The only one who seemed to enjoy working there was the cook in the back. I don't expect ultimate pampering when I go to a restaurant, but i certainly do not expect to be treated like I'm unwelcome. Basic customer service is essential.

Quite terrifying, actually. Used the men's washroom and it smelt like a urinal. There appeared to be some orange fungus growing on the bathroom sink. Caused me to wonder if my burger was safe to eat. There were three staff and three customers in the building. Two of the staff were sitting on a break and when I approached one of the older staff about the issue, she just threw up her arms and stated that she didn't know anything about it. I will not be back. Very disappointing.

probably one of the worst places i’ve tried to order off of out of cornwall. not only is the staff ignorant they don’t put the costumers needs first. terrible service and absolutely ignorant over the phone. cant seem to care my food will arrive cold when i spent 50$+ on my order! just sad.
