Super quick & good service. As you enter the Super C, you can see the Fedex logo at cash 1. Cash 1 was closed but cash 2 (8 items or less) beside was open, and the cashier processed my shipment quickly. In and out in less than 3 minutes.

Like the other reviews mention. Overworked and overstretched employees that can't give good service because they would literally have to be in 3 places at once. Avoid this location, and if FedEx is reading this: this location needs to be closed. It isn't up to your standards.

Just the absolute worst!! The worst service! I have not been able to get my package due to the fact that THE LOCK TO THE CABINET CONTAINING THE PACKAGES IS DEFECTIVE. This has been ALMOST TWO WEEKS NOW!!! FedEx never seems to be in a rush for the fact that they are a courier.And this particular depot is just awful!!! Super C should just focus on being a grocery store.

It’s at the customer service desk of the Super C, which is simultaneously a cashier’s desk, western union and coinstar. Had to wait for the manager to come and process the item, but went fast after that. Avoid during Super C busy hours.

Disgusting. This is a kiosk inside Super C. NO ATTENDANTS. The cashier there has to attend to all customers with groceries, bottle return, etc on aisle 1 (which is permanently closed) and aisle 2. I went in, there was a line. I informed what seemed to be a manager (in a black uniform) that I wanted to FedEx something. She brushed me off and said I had to line up /wait over there. The cashier shortly looked around to me and ask me what I wanted, She then said, they are busy and I'll have to wait for the manager, and it's gonna take a long time and that I should go to the other FedEx location not too far away.I was really disappointed - WASTE OF TIME. POOR SERVICE. NON-EXISTENT SERVICE. If you cannot handle a FedEx kiosk, close it down. On top of that I don't think I'd trust these poorly trained people to handle my important documents - disgusting Super C. Staples treated me better, and was so fast and efficient.I'll never be going to another Super C to FedEx anything again or even to shop there.
