He is very knowledgeable, focused on the details, and solution oriented in making sure I as the prospective buyer was very clear on the state of the house(s) I was looking to buy. Jacques was very quick to respond and book an appointment for an inspection. He did a thorough inspection and virtual walk through for us as we were not able to be there. A very detailed follow up inspection, complete with pictures, was emailed the same day.Very happy with his work!

Jacques was thorough and informative with the inspections he did on two of the houses we were looking to buy. His report had extensive information which included links on some areas explaining more detail. Knowing our time crunch Jacques squeezed us into his busy schedule on short notice.
