I inquired online late Wednesday night and received a prompt response the following morning. Heather was absolutely amazing with the way she talked with me about my needed repairs, very knowledgeable and welcoming while offering a solution for my garage door repair. A short while later I received the quote I was promised, followed up by a phone call. Their quote was very competitive with others in the industry. I agreed to the quote via email (very easy and convenient) and the job was scheduled for the next day. Aaron came out this afternoon and did the repairs I needed and we’re very grateful to have a functioning garage door again. The customer service, communication and professionalism provided by Heather and Aaron was excellent and not very common in today’s world and I am very appreciative for the seamless experience. These guys did an amazing job replacing our very old opener so we could use an automatic remote opener. The price was very reasonable, and they even did a free tune-up on the door since they had to reschedule my original appointment. They were neat and tidy and even vacuumed up some dust that was made from cutting some drywall. They surpassed my expectations and I will recommend them if I ever have friends or family who need garage door work! Thank you!

We just had our garage door replaced, they did an amazing job. The guys were very nice, and professional. They did the job very quickly, it looks amazing, and they showed us all the things we needed to know before cleaning up and hauling away the old door and pieces. The price was very reasonable. I needed a new garage door opener for my garage door and wasn’t sure if it was going to be more than just that. Two workers came out, very knowledgeable and professional and explained what happened to my existing opener. They put in a new one at a very fair price. I didn’t have a surge protector for the new install, but they included one at no cost. That’s great service and it only took about an hour. I highly recommend them.

Had Complete Garage Doors come to fix our garage door, which was making a terrible screech when being opened/closed. Although our doors are quite old they were able to quickly identify and repair the issue. They explained everything they were recommending before doing the work, and the end amount came in under what I expected. Easy to work with and very professional. We'll definitely be using them in the future for garage door needs.

Aaron did a great job! He was very professional and very knowledgeable about the garage door openers I had even though they were not the ones he uses. In the end we swapped out both openers since the cost to replace vs repair made more sense long term. Aaron gave me options on repairing vs replacing, he was very open to whatever I wanted to do and did not push either way. Iam really frustrating on this company I replaced our brand new garage door on 2018 . Now my door is not opened and closed so it’s not damage or hit and I call a company about door and they said replaced whole door is too bad seriously with in 5 years this company replaced this kind of door weast of money plz guys be careful this is my worst experience ever
