My wife and I recent purchased a cottage and needed Vinyl Flooring asap to do some work. We worked with Sam Saade in picking out the right flooring and design to give our cottage that nice Oceanside cottage feel. Sam was great in helping meet our needs and we were able to pick up our order in a timely fashion which made the whole experience really easy and enjoyable. We’ll be going back to see Sam again for our main home, he’s the bee’s knees! Thanks Wacky’s and Sam!

Horrible experience at this store. Although the person I was dealing with was always extremely friendly and positive, after weeks and weeks of unsuccessfully attempting to get an order placed (unavailable patterns, lost samples, missed messages, mistaken identities, etc.) I went to a competitor just to see if it was normal for a flooring order to be so complicated. Long story short: I had answers on product availability before I even left their store, my home was measured the same day, and my order was placed less than 24 hours after I finally abandoned the Wacky ship.[My misadventure started in late April, and my last contact with the salesperson was the first week of July. He didn’t know the name of the sample the rep had sent me, so I offered to come into the showroom in person to figure it out. He said he didn’t want me to be inconvenienced; to leave it with him and he’d call me back in a few hours… as of late August, have not had a single bit of communication from him again.]

PEOPLE FROM OUT OF PROVINCE ARE APPARENTLY NOT WELCOME.My mother and wife just left the store after having a very poor experience with one of the female staff (they didn't remember her name).At first the lady helping her was very friendly and helpful. My mother had mentioned that she was looking for lighting for her new cottage she recently purchased in NS and that she would be leaving soon to go back home. The lady asked my mother where she was from and when she found out that my mother was from Ontario the lady referred to my mother as one of those". I believe her exact words were "oh

The go too place for flooring. Renovated two 3k sq ft homes the last couple years with flooring in most rooms. I used to check with other places but always seem to come back to these folks. And the last few rooms, I just go there and check in with Sam. Great service, knowledgeable about the products, price, selection, etc.

After spending $4,000 on flooring from this store, I contacted Janet a couple of months later as we needed a few more pieces of transition trim. No response. I waited a few days, called again and was put through to voicemail. Again no response. Called a couple of days later, and asked for someone else to place the order and he took down my information and said Janet would get back to us. Still no response the following day, so called and was put through to Roy. He was supposed to e-mail us options for our stairs. E-mail never received, so called again and we were told Roy was the best person to talk to but he was off. We e-mailed him pictures and left a message, no response. Four weeks later, we still don't have to product to complete our project. Terrible customer service.****Edit:Just wanted to provide an update to my previous review. Roy contacted me and put the order through for the additional product that I needed. He was very helpful. I would recommend him for any flooring purchases.

Wacky's did a great job with my vinyl floor - prompt service and I can't say enough good things about the installer. So I went back to them for some tile, which turned into an utter fiasco.First they took an usually long time to give us a quote, and when it did come, it was for the wrong product. Once that was fixed they charged our credit card for the ENTIRE amount up front (not just the deposit), then didn't book the installation. We had to contact them multiple times, waited 3 days for a call back, and only got to talk to someone once I threatened to cancel. Again, the installer was great and the floor looks good, but the communication from Wacky's was exceptionally poor.

Walked in, staff was very friendly and attentive. We dealt with Mike who was able to very quickly understand the style we were after and made excellent suggestions. We're purchasing around 2,000 sq. ft of laminate and tile, and he was able to offer recommendations on which flooring looked good together. He was mindful of our budget and didn't push us to go outside of it. Not salesy at all. Highly recommend this place.

BUYER BEWARE.We used Wacky's to install a new tile floor in our kitchen. The initial job was terrible: the grout was flaking and the tiles cracked within a few months. We had to hound them for months, calling every week, in order to have them come back in to fix their initial job. Once they finally showed up, the workers were disgusted" by the initial job. They took 4 days to tear up and replace the old tile. During this time
