S&H Health Foods - White Oaks Mall

I tried to contact head office several times about an incident I witnessed in store (you have to email, no number is provided) and I didnt get an answer. One woman (not the manager) was being extremely rude to someone who was struggling to communicate their needs in broken English. Her actions were repulsive and derogatory. After reading these other reviews I'm not the least bit surprised. Shame on head office for ignoring my multiple attempts to contact them as well.

I was just there looking for a specific product. I looked around while waiting to ask a staff member. They both seemed very friendly with the two customers before me; However, when I was the only customer left, neither asked if I needed anything, both were just standing at the register. I asked about my product and the only response I received was a very curt No!" from the older lady and she immediately went back to standing at the register doing nothing. I would have bought something else if she had suggested something else but I refuse to shop there now. I should mention because I think it's relevant

I have always enjoyed shopping here for the herbs and if they don't have it, they will see if they can order it.

If there was zero star I would give them. The older is very rude and ignorant. Good products and well supplied but her attitude keeps me away from that store.
