Brought my iPhone in after water spilling in it and was informed it was the screen. Paid for the screen to be replaced and the phone worked for maybe 4 hours. I brought it back the next day and was told the phone had to have been put in water again because water was present when he opened it. I can assure it was not, I was basically called a liar. That he was a professional and I’m not , therefore my opinion was invalid. Paid $140 to use a phone for 4 hours and then be insulted.

Seemed like a great spot. Cost me over 500 bucks to fix a screen that they didn't even fix the back of my phone. Then I find they broke my antenna and had to get it repaired at another location. Super happy I paid to have a phone fixed that I could make calls on more then 30 seconds from a tower. Tried to explain this to them and they tried to incorrectly explain what lte and 4g means. I had to shake my head and leave.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Spent almost $200 to have my phone broken worse than when I brought it in and have my intelligence insulted by not one but two different employees.

I had the privilege of having bilel fix my phone. He explained everything which was wrong and offered me if I wanted to watch him repair. The best service and a very nice man I wish him all the best. 5 stars.

paid $180 to fix the back of my iphone 12 and it broke not even a week later with my otterbox case on it. idk if they had a bad batch of screens or something because now it says they’re on sale all of a sudden.on the website it says that i’m supposed to have a 90 day warranty but they won’t replace it for me. repair guy was nice enough, left a tip as well.extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the back of my phone, it feels like plastic compared to the original apple screens tbh. (got a pretty color though so whatever)price was the cheapest i could find, you get what you pay for i suppose.

Getting any form of technology fixed these days is absolutely insanely priced. So, with that being said, can I say that getting my screen fixed here was cheap? No. But, can I say it was the cheapest place in the city? Yes. Can I say it was the quickest place in the city (in both getting in right away and service time)? Yes. Can I say I am happy with the overall service quality I received? Yes.I thought at first this place was lacking some professionalism within the world of interpersonal communication, however, this is how they stay efficient! If you’re looking for someone to be excited, chatty, asking you how you’re doing and what your plans are for the day - this isn’t the place to go. But there’s something I’ve grown to realize - in some environments this isn’t ideal. When it comes to this place, if they factored in all of that extra stuff, they’d lose efficiency (both financially and timely wise) so they have to cut their losses somewhere!This all being said - what I needed to get done got done quickly, got done at a lower cost considering the service and it’s average cost in the area, and it got done well!I cannot speak to how long-lasting the repair will be, but unless I am given a reason to lower my review(issues with workmanship on their behalf overtime with no offer to fix it for me etc.) I won’t be lowering this 5 star review down one bit!Well deserved. ☺️⭐️☺️⭐️☺️⭐️☺️⭐️☺️⭐️
