African Market

Very clean, inviting atmosphere. Also lovely people.More African food supplies but a fair share of Caribbean snacks and bread. Definitely will visit this grocery again.

Went to the store tomorrow the first time, the owner is very nice the store is very clean and carries good products. I will be returning, I am super happy to have one so close by.

African market store had every specialty ingredient I needed and friendly service.

Entered the store couldn’t breathe because of the strong pungent odour. Lady was not polite . Would never recommend anyone to shop here

Open hours is 9:30am but I was there around 9:37 and the store was not open. I have to wait there. Open hours should be respected as store owner. Go back at 9:52 still not open, check again at 10:12 am and still not open. Finally, I decided to go home around 10:22 but while going back to bus stop, I saw the sign now states “open” from across the street and going back to the store. The girl was helpful but she argues first saying that she saw me earlier around 9:28. I told her the door was not open and it’s the 4th times that I came and asked why the sign didn’t state “open” if you are inside but not reply to my question . Keep telling me she saw me hanging around . Also says the guys was suppose to be here before but he doesn’t show up and non of that doesn’t make sense to me. However, I don’t want to argue with her and I just let it passes. I thought the product that I want to purchase was carry by only this store only but I found out that a lot of stores carry it. I will not go back to this store, I’m not mad but just letting people know not to waste their time and better to call before they go in the store.

Excellent customer service. The owner is very helpful, ready to answer all questions with lot of patience. The store is clean, even the bathroom is well maintained. They have a good range of products with reasonable prices. Parking in the back of the store helps a lot in this busy streetI totally recommend shopping there for all your African products needs

Awesome service. Recommend to anyone shopping for tropical foods and groceries.

cashier has no manners.They are always out of stock of products and wont let you know the brand to buy elsewhere.And shes always on the phone, and they are never open on time. Sometimes even 1 to 2 hours after opening time there is nobody there
