My car was with them, after the collision, went there to to get the Car release form from them, there was a girl and guy at front desk. Both of them were really nice and genuine people. BEST COSTUMER SERVICE!! Provide GENUINE SERVICE ALSO!!.

I had made an appointment to come sign the release forms for my vehicle - they were insistent they were too busy for me to come in that day to sign them, so I made an appointment for 2 days later. When I arrived at the office, there was no one there. I waited for 15 minutes and no one ever arrived. No one ever notified me that my appointment was cancelled, they did not call me the next day. I had to call them.I called them to get them to email me the release forms, which they did. I replied within an hour with them signed and completed. I now just received an email from my insurance (over a week later) advising the collision center says they do not have a copy of my signed release forms. Extremely unprofessional. Their tow truck drivers were very helpful, but the office staff has been a complete nightmare to deal with.

My security company vehicle was involved in a very bad accident. And the insurance company was forcing me to take my car to thier own body shop, but I took a chance of using these people and honestly it's probaly the best decision I've made. Even though my insurance company was ignoring my phone calls, this body shop assisted me with contacting my insurance and got the estimate in less then 2 weeks and had my car repaired in a month. I was very satisfied with the work, and it doesn't even look like it was involved in an accident. There were some things the insurance company didn't pay for the damages because they thought it wasn't part of the accident, this shop helped me fix the issues without giving me a problem.Thanks Roy

I would like to thank the team here for working very hard and keeping up with rheir word.I was extremely satisfied of my repair.I came here with my vehicle, the vehicle was severely damaged, they had a look at it, told me the next step, and the process of how this would work. I got my vehicle back in time. My vehicle drives and looks new. Highly recommend this place.

Let me start by praising the excellent customer service I received from these people, who went above and above to help me throughout. They repaired my car entirely with parts from the dealership, taking no short cuts, and they handed me the receipts to prove it. The work they did was incredible; the car now looked considerably better than it had before the collision. They took care of everything, even providing me with a free rental car thanks to the insurance's coverage of both the towing fee and the rental car. I'll only recommend this location to my friends and family from now on. This is what you call service.

1st let me start with the amazing customer service I recieved, these guys went above and beyond to help me from start to finish. They repaired my vechile using parts only from the dealership and didn't cut any corners, they provided me with receipts to prove the purchase also. The job they did was fantastic, the car looked better then how I had it before the accident. They took care of everything and even provided me with a rental which was free of charge due to the insurance paying it, including the tow service. I will recommend my friends and family from now on to only go here. This is what you call service!

Terrible customer service!! These guys are scammers and all other positive reviews are fake. They will hold onto your vehicle and ignore calls and emails from your insurance company to rack up storage fees. Big scam going on in Brampton these days with these tow truck drivers and repair shops. If you get into an accident you're better off sending your vehicle to a repair shop recognized by your insurance company. They will try and rack up storage fees with delays if you do not repair your car with them. Beware of this company!
