Low & Slow Smoked Fusion BBQ
My partner and I stopped at Sault Ste Marie on our drive across Canada and we decided to eat dinner here. We ordered the platter for two and added mac and cheese to it. It was absolutely delicious and very filling. Our favorites were the brisket and the ribs. Even the coleslaw and the beans were incredible. The staff was friendly and attentive. Thank you for a wonderful meal!

I ordered the brisket. It was served perfectly trimmed! The meat was very tender and flavourful. The Standard Sauce" was a delicious addition for me. I tried all 4 sauces and they were all great!Now

Low & Slow Smoked Fusion BBQ
I was in town for a few days for work, and some of the guys at the plant told me to visit this place. Was not disappointed! First time there I tried the Cubano sandwich, it was absolutely delicious, and the fries were seasoned to perfection. Second time tried the brisket sandwich with poutine fries, I can't compliment enough. Whenever I'm back in Sault Ste. Marie, I'll definitely be back here for lunch.

Lovely place with some remarkably good food! Definitely will be coming through again next time I'm in town. I was super impressed with the brisket sandwich and excited to try more of the menu!

Had the Cubano. Tasted amazing. Tons of meat on it makes it worth the price. Nice bread. My only critique is it could be a little less greasy; probably a tablespoon of oil dripped off in the course of eating. Delicious though, and fries had a nice seasoning.

I crossed the border to specifically come here and eat brisket and I must say it is on point (pun intended for you barbecue aficionados). Cooked perfectly. I prefer Texas style with a straight up S&P rub, which this was not, but it was delightful nevertheless. Price was solid as well. I ordered brisket only and received about 10oz for $13.50 CAD.

Very good BBQ place. Really enjoyed the ribs and the sauces. Fries were okay with a little Cajun spice. The Mac n cheese was decent as well. Overall good food and a decent price.

I ordered off of Uber Eats from this restaurant and the quality was below par. $49 plus taxes for this? It was cold, small portions, no cornbread, and awful. The sausage tasted like it was old and the coleslaw smelled rancid.Maybe it’s because it was delivery, but still no excuse. Super disappointed in Low and Slow; I’ve always heard really good things.

Came here back when it was off Carmen’s way. Now we headed to the queen location. Honestly- the food was just as delicious as before. It seems to have more of a diner-esquel feel. When we went they were short staffed and had a server who didn’t usually serve. You wouldn’t have known it though- she did an excellent job at ensuring we had everything we needed and were well taken care of. The menu is very simple and easy to follow at this location. The decor is really neat too. I’d recommend if you’re in the mood to try something new and love smoked meats. Also their homemade sauces are the best! Love the maple one!
