From start to finish the communication was great. Our technician let us know the options. He chose the less expensive option but unfortunately our bathroom fan was an old model and unavailable. The installation was top notch. Our bathroom fan works great. They cleaned up the work area and it was so clean. Payment was fast and easy. I would definitely recommend!

Furnace Blower Motor quit working. Placed a call and right from the get go service was fantastic. Very friendly and polite and they booked me in for an appointment in the afternoon. I received a call back soon after and they had a tech come out earlier than the booked appointment. They replaced the motor right away and also ran a systems check on my air conditioner. The tech was awesome and got the job done in short order. Special shout out to the tech- Andrew Schwab. Thanks for the great service Centennial!

After winning a free 1 year service club membership from Centennial Plumbing at the Saskatoon HomeStyles Show. I was contacted by Centennial and booked in for a free a/c inspection. Devon Johnston was my technician and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He checked over my system while showing me various things to look for to keep it working properly. I didn’t want to stand over him as he worked but, he wasn’t bothered at all by questions, we kept talking and even figured out that the expansion tank for my water system had a failed diaphragm. He was able to change it out right away, while explaining in detail the importance of it. All in all it was a great experience and look forward to my furnace inspection in the fall.

Tyson was excellent in responding to our needs on the weekend for a plumbing emergency. He listened attentively and then told us exactly what he was going to do, giving us the best and worst case scenarios to our issue and the cost associated with each. He was thorough, patient and very professional. It ended up being very complicated, but Tyson explained everything. The job site was kept tidy and cleaned impeccably upon completing the extensive plumbing work.

Had Paul do removal and install of gas dryer. He was punctual, professional as well as worked quickly to get us up and running. The text message prior to his arrival showing a picture of which technician would be coming and a short bio was also greatly appreciated.
