Our house has a lot of windows on both the East and West sides, which is great for light, but makes for a good greenhouse in summer. in 2019 Prairie Shutter and Shade installed some large shades on both sides of the house. They do a great job go keeping out the heat - much better than blinds on the interior. They also look really good. The company did an excellent job of installing them as we wanted, and has followed up to ensure that we have not experienced any problems.

We ordered a custom length infinity rolling canopy for our existing pergola in the spring of 2020. Keith came out to our house to show us the fabric options and take some measurements. We had Keith and his crew install our canopy in a very timely manner. I had an issue with my canopy where I didn’t like the amount of droop in each of the fabric panels. I had contacted Keith to raise my concern and he recommended to use it as is for the summer and we can deal with it and the end of season, which I agreed was probably the smarter idea. At the end of the season I contacted Keith once again, after discussing a solution he came out to the house to personally pick up and package the canopy for shipment to the warehouse. Once the canopy was fixed he brought it back and reinstalled it for us! Now the canopy is perfect and is exactly what I had envisioned. Keith goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are 100% happy with what they ordered and I would recommend Prairie Shutter & Shade to anyone!!!

My firm, Touchstone Builders, hired Keith and his team to custom design and install a rather involved screened in gazebo comprising motorized roll-ups, fixed screen panels, mechanical roll-ups, etc. Keith was extremely organized and accommodating and the end result of our collective labours was a gorgeous and practical structure that has, in effect, added an additional 450 square feet of seasonal living space for my client. 2 enthusiastic “thumbs up” and 5 stars.
