Avoid using Tina Goomber. She is the only professional that will hang up on you when you don't accept the pushy sales price she tells the other agent to buy your property for.If you are in dire need to sell, this lady is NOT recommended. She will tell the other agent your situation, and ask to put any offers.Do your research. People can pay family and friends for referrals and good reviews. So when you see reviews on people's pages, be careful. She has tried to sell 9 properties from last year and only 2 sold.Quiet unfortunate!
