Unfortunately this is one of the worst locations to visit. They are always super short staffed and take forever to make coffee since their coffee or teas are never ready and brewing. There’s a reason to why we go via drive thru - and it’s to be served quickly so we can be on our way. I feel bad for the staff as they are always drained out.

I had a negative experience with the female manager/supervisor with glasses. When I asked for an extra cup, she was rude to the other employee who was helping me. The manager abruptly stopped her and scolded her for not charging me for the cup. I don't have an issue with paying for the extra cup, but I believe that the manager should have treated her colleague with more respect.

Ordered some bagels and a couple coffees and left without checking due to time crunch. 2 of my bagels were such a disappointment. One of the bagels was two bottoms of a bagel and the other was the two tops. Ruined my morning…

It's ok, not the best, but way better than one further south. The employees do their best at trying to keep everything moving along smoothly, so I'd still suggest stopping there if you need anything. I also suggest going inside instead of the drive-through because the line of cars is usually extremely long.

Drive thru lady messed up the order then we corrected her, then the drive thru person sighed and said oh my God like she was annoyed. She then proceeded to tell us to be quiet while ordering. Service is horrible. Almost every time we go here there's nothing in stock.

Worst tim hortons in the area. If I had option, I would have given 0 stars. The guy who served in the drive through started arguing and giving attitude when I said why you taking so much time in a drive through when its not even a line up. Even after reaching on the window, instead of serving, this guy (Kirtan) is doing his own work and didn't care at all to do his job. Called the supervisor (Kathan) and he is saying I just came back from break, I can't do anything and I am running on skeleton staff, management don't put enough people. Are you guys serious? It didn't happen first time at this location. Almost everytime I come at this location, something is going on.Terrible customer service and it looks like management doesn't care at all. Everytime same excuse, we are short staff and I can't do anything.I can't believe how can their staff start arguing wih the customers when its their mistake.Train your staff the most important thing in retail and food service, CUSTOMER SERVICE!. if something is going on, instead of arguing, explain it nicely and don't try to run things by your own way. Learn how to service as per the standards and don't bring your own way to run the show. If you don't like to work, quit.

Tim Hortons is known for its quick bite food. To day daughter wanted a cravable crispy chicken sandwich and a cold coffee, they could only give clod brew, the sandwich took longer than expected to get. This location is a great location in Ajax.

I’m not at picky as other reviewers I guess. I really like the layout inside this store… it’s a nice place to meet someone for coffee. The double double I got was as expected and they had plenty of donuts to choose from. Place was clean and the staff were friendly. Seems like a “good” Tim’s.

This Tims does not care about their line up inside. They are only focused on their drive thru. If you are in a rush and are ordering from inside AVOID. Their drive thru is pretty good, so just use that instead if you can.
