These guys were great to deal with. They showed up on time, they were friendly and did everything for us. Perfect experience.

Tried to get pricing for weeks and was ignored then was talked to extremely badly via Internet....they have no customer service skills or the will to book possible returning customers. Hopefully other people's experience or lack thereof is better.

My girlfriend arranged a bouncy castle for a 4 and 5 year old party today. Long story short this company screwed these 2 little boys out of there day. These people are evil and unprofessional. They never answer their phone and claim they always answer when you finally get ahold of them. The worst business ever, don't waste your time. Unless you want crying kids. Also the driver who was suppose to deliver the bouncy castle was seen meeting up with someone when they were suppose to be setting up the bouncy castle. After they told me I was rude (clearly upset from dealing with morons working at this company. They than decided to drive past the kids party with the bouncy castle trailer. These people are out of their minds. You can't ever say there was a mistake, they are plain morons.
