Sheila's Drapery

Our experience with Sheila's Drapery was impressive. From my first contact with Elaine, I felt like they were customer service driven. Chris was our sales person and installer. From the start he was able to give good advice and options and make the whole process way less daunting. I felt confident in his care. We had purchased a house for the first time and wanted to ensure that our window coverings were installed before move in. It all flowed amazingly well, especially during these times of setbacks, supply issues etc.We had the Graber accordion style blinds done for all the windows, and wall to wall drapes in the bedroom that are deluxe and work flawlessly and look so classy. The blinds operate well too and make our space more inviting.All in all we felt like we got great value and the level of service was consistent and exceptional. I would highly recommend Sheila's drapery. They definitely go that extra mile!

Bought Hunter Douglas blinds from here and they still look great. Had a defect in two of them recently and the service to get them replaced was amazing. Thanks to Brad!

The mechanism on one of our Hunter Douglas duo horizontal blinds (10 years old) broke. In addition, the sheer part of the blind had torn in several places. Since we’d bought them from Sheila’s previous store, we took them to the new store to see about repairs. They repaired the mechanism right away, no charge, and told us that they would check with Hunter Douglas on a repair of the sheer. Wendy was fantastic; she got a quote from Hunter Douglas to have the blinds repaired, and then worked further with them to have the blinds completely replaced for an excellent price! And all this was done without any profit for Sheila’s! We have found service at the new Sheila’s Drapery to be outstanding, and will go there the next time we need new window coverings.

There were times when you wanted to give a 'zero' star but couldn't. While for this one, we wanted to give a 6-star, but couldn't. LOL. Thank you so much to Wendy and the installer for fixing our blind in one day after we explained the situation to Wendy. Now our blind is back to its working state and the family is happy.The staff's are professional and responses are prompt. Shop is clean and neat. Highly recommended.

Several years ago we bought a number of Hunter Douglas blinds from Sheila's. Recently the winding mechanism on one of the blinds failed. I visited the store and Wendy and Brad were most helpful in first trying to find a spare part and when that didn't work Brad ordered the needed part from the supplier. It came and I have got the blind working again. Brad and Wendy were both extremely helpful and solved the issue. To top it all off there was no charge for the spare part. I highly recommend Sheila's for the service their staff provide: friendly and efficient.

Had my blinds fixed at Sheila's Drapery. We've been coming here for years and the service is always excellent and reasonably priced. The staff are super knowledgeable and really great to deal with!

Amazing service! Ordered black out curtains for my bedroom. When the installer came, one side of the panel was defective as it showed light through a portion of the curtains. They redid the lining of the panel. The following week the installer came out again and the drapes were perfect. Wendy said if I notice any defect in the drapes they will fix it. You have my loyalty.
