He did an insurance repair for us. The work was good and he actually did more than he had to, which we very much appreciated, but not long afterwards we noticed a leak in our back room, l called him about it and he said that he would be back within the week, well that came and went. I've been trying for a year almost to get him to come back and fix the problem, but he won't even return my calls. Long story short, a company is only as good as the warranty, if they're not going to stand behind their workmanship then it's not worth the aggravation to have them do the work at all.
