Green Door Property provides awesome services for Columbia Valley in long and short term rentals. We rented a place in Invermere with Ben and his team for 3 years and the few times we needed his help we were promptly satisfied. I definitely recommend Green Door Property.

Just like to comment that Jayde and Aimee's customer service in helping me find my condo this summer was nothing short of service excellence; promply getting back to me and answering questions about the rental process while working diligently to find me a great condo in Radium.Their customer service continues, with great support such as getting best deals on internet rates and making this move as stress free as possible for me. We have had a wonderful experience working with Green Door. After purchasing our first home we realized that would would not be able to relocate and move in right away. Ben and his team have taken wonderful care of our home and found great tenants for it. They are great at communicating and we were updated and consulted with on all work needed. Jayde was outstanding with her communication and expertise to help me assist in finding, organizing and settling into my new unit. Despite a few logistical roadblocks on my end, Jayde maintained professionalism, courtesy and was very responsive to my questions and ensured everything was great. It was very professional how the whole “find a place” experience is and everything is clearly outlined and detailed from start to finish. Cannot recommend Jayde and her team highly enough! :)

Green Door has managed my property rental for just over a year now and even through some difficult times with tenants and a basement flood, they have been amazing. They are attentive, compassionate and have everyone's best interests in mind. I will continue to use Green Door Property Management as long as I own a rental property in the Columbia Valley.

We moved from the US to Canada and Ben Green took a chance on us, we did not have credit or employment lined up yet. He communicated well with us the whole time. Once we moved here he was very prompt at fixing things in the house when there was an issue. We would definitely rent from them again in the future.
