I absolutely love this bakery! All gluten free and all delicious. The macadamia white chocolate cookies and cinnamon donuts are exceptional. Lots of choices, sweet or savoury. I always stop there when I’m in town.

Checked out this awesome spot because my wife is celiac. Incredible food and service. They carry a selection of gluten free flours and other treats in the store front similar to one's you'd see in nature's fair.Gluten free fresh baked bread by the loaf, cookies, nanaimo bars, cheese cake, cinnamon buns and many many more things.100 percent recommend checking out, high quality food and taste, downtown Ladysmith with lots of character.

This is an amazing Gluten free place to eat. I have had many items, but my go to are the breakfast sandwich and the cinnamon roll. The coffee is also amazing. Staff are always friendly and remember repeat customers

Wild Poppy Market
Went for the first time last Monday and the service and atmosphere was soo friendly and inviting! I absolutely LOVE the cheese scones and the white chocolate macadamia nut cookies! Soo much that I had my hubby pick me up some more on Saturday after his round of golf!! Will be back for sure anytime I’m coming through to see the in laws in Chemainus.

I drove all the way there from Victoria after getting off the ferry. I heard about the bakery from my daughter and loved it. I live on the mainland and can't get much here. I brought some sausage rolls, cinnamon buns and donuts plus more and lived it all.

It’s so great to have somewhere to stop that’s fully gluten free when driving up island. We got the Roasted vegetable salad and egg salad sandwich, with a Nanaimo bar, donut and cookie for desert. All were great!
