LETS Grill Restaurant

Came by here on a whim with my partner. We definitely liked the food here! Everything is spicy, just the way we like it! Only thing is the drinks weren’t cold. Both coke can and soju bottle were luke warm.

Very nice grill!!!! Have been missing authentic Chinese northeastern style grill for months since coming to Edmonton. Lets grill is exactly I’m looking for!!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. This is the absolute worst restaurant filled with ignorant staff, boss, and managers. All the recent 5 star reviews are only posted because there was a chain of 1 star reviews (scroll down and you’ll see them). After seeing the chain of negative reviews, the restaurant advertised on WeChat for people to comment a five star review so they can get a discount for their meal. This clearly shows that the reviews are not accurate and not true stories because they tried to neutralize the negative comments created by real customers who were unsatisfied with this business. Very unethical and it just shows how the business really is.Personally, I had a very unpleasant experience visiting this restaurant a few days ago. I have been to Lets Grill a few times before in the past, and the food was good, but after this experience, I will not be returning anymore. They served some of the food to us raw, and when we kindly asked them to check if the food was raw and if there are any accommodations that could be made, the server (a tall Chinese female with long hair) just told us that it was not her that made the food, so she can't do anything about it. She was very ignorant towards us and approached us in a very unfriendly manner, as if the raw food was our fault. After dining, we realized a day later that they overcharged our bill as well. When we tried to tell them to refund the overcharged bill to us, the manager of the store told us that they were unable to give us the money back right away because she don't have the right to"

Been here multiple times with great service. Recent visit though was not very pleasant. It was my first time having this particular server. The store was not as busy and the server just kept staring at us while she was eating her snack and looking at her phone. She passed us multiple times while cleaning the table or giving out food to another table. But not even a single water, or set of menus or paper plates that they usually give us in the beginning was handed to us. In the duration of 25 minutes I was there nothing was service to my table.

I was craving skewers and I came across this place on google. So glad we chose to go here. Their Beef Tendon, Beef Kebob and Gristle and chicken skewers are my top favourites. Will definitely visit again to try other items on their menu. Service was good as well.

Perfect little Street food place, reminds me of real Chinese Street food places. Quite a bit more expensive though.

Took out 5 pcs each of their Honey BBQ Chicken, Flank Steak, and Pork Belly.The best was the pork belly but I had better. I was also served water from a tin mug but I noticed rust from the cup.Also, the vibe felt sadder and not welcoming.The waitress suggested me their best seller which I was not disappointed.Overall, it was ok but not great.

Everything good, good taste, good waiter. Especially the Chinese girl with long hair, friendly and nice. I got the meat with little bit raw, and I ask her for help. Then I have the new beautiful grill meat again. And she also offer refund for the one that raw. How come someones complained about the food and serve. I love this place! Better try better come.

Honestly really good place. Practically a hidden jem here in Edmonton. Everything was delicious, fresh, and authentic. I felt like I was really back home eating at my fav grill house!! 10/10
