Customer service needs much work. Ordered dining table, bar table and 8 chairs, large 10ft umbrella and granite base. An expensive order but quality should be what one paid for. Table came with scratches and a damaged leg. Called our local store several times. Called Customer service and left several messages with no return calls. Finally was asked to put in a ‘ticket’ for a warranty claim. Haven’t even gotten to use the table and now warranty. Called Jodi yet again at the local store who said it is out of her hands. Still do not have any more correspondence as to when I should expect a replacement table. I tried to escalate this higher for someone to help as this is beyond frustrating but apparently nobody works nor cares. I would not recommend DOT Bracebridge! I actually am very disappointed in the company itself. I tried to keep business local but this is beyond.

While we wished the base was available sooner (4weeks), the product is amazing, the delivery was on time and the set-up and full clean-up was wonderful. Thank you fir the product and service. We will enjoy this for many years.

We visited this store for the first time today. Inside we found quite a large floor space, mainly exhibiting patio seat groups. After a closer look, we were able to find that not all of them are just run-of-the-mill patio furniture. Extendable patio tables, round lushious seating groups and a huge, 13 food offset umbrella were some of the remarkable items. The store staff was very friendly, helpful and knew when to retreat.When shopping here, you do need a big wallet though.

Promised replacement for new patio table that they acknowledged was damaged never happened. A second one was ordered , it too was damaged, but no more is being ordered & compensation denied. Not a pleasant memory of our first visit there!!

We were looking for quality patio furniture for our new deck and my husband and I had different plans. Stephanie was a great help-offered ideas and let us casually work out what we wanted. We were able to take everything that day with the exception of few pieces. They were ordered and ready for pick up on the date expected. Will definitely return when we need to up grade other outdoor furniture!
