We recently had the chance to go to Finch Nissan, and we have to say, our experience was amazing. As soon as we entered, the staff treated us with professionalism, kindness, and a sincere desire to help.Andrea Elaschuk went the extra mile to make sure our experience of buying a new car was easy and enjoyable. She patiently answered all our questions and gave us helpful information about different car models and their features. She took the time to understand what we wanted and helped us find the perfect vehicle that had everything we needed.When it came to discussing the price and financing choices, Finch Nissan was also outstanding. The finance team (headed by Sean O' Grady) put in a lot of effort to find the most suitable terms that matched our budget and requirements. We got our first car here in Canada, a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan, from Finch Nissan! And we love it! As a newcomer with not enough credit history yet, and only been here for almost 3 months, it is really an amazing and overwhelming experience that we got approved in just 1 business day. Of course, this was not possible without Andrea and Sean. We are grateful for Andrea, our talented and skilled Sales Agent. Bought a vehicle (Sentra Sr 2023) from Mic and Ben at Finch Nissan. One of the best experiences buying a car at a dealership. Also, sales manager AJ and financial manager Lilly was amazing. Karmen Zorn sold me my first Nissan (my 2015 Nissan Juke). I remember her taking the time to really listen to the list of needs that I had and the features that I wanted. She even invited me to bring my German Shepherd, Sam to come into the dealership and test out the car, as comfort, space and accessibility for my dog are main concerns for me. She also asked me many pertinent questions (because she genuinely wanted me to be satisfied with my vehicle). She then laid out all the information I needed and offered me the best possible deal that she could negotiate. She ordered me a beautiful black Juke with custom red leather seats and arranged for the tinted windows (with a timely delivery) and I absolutely loved my car! When it was time to get a new vehicle, of course I went back to see Karmen (at this time, however, I had my eye on a Toyota). Again, Karmen spent the time with me, showing me all my options, and offered me a deal on a very sporty Kicks that I could not refuse (again, negotiating the best possible price for the exact car I wanted, with even more features than I had expected.) Karmen is extremely knowledgeable, and she makes it her business to be extensively up to speed, not only on the Nissan vehicles (inside and out) but also ALL vehicles, so she is able to offer comparisons regarding performance, features, price points and ratings, and she does this honestly and fairly. She listens carefully to her clients and then provides exactly what they are looking for. She is hardworking, personable and I know that I can trust her to have my best interests at heart. I have recommended Karmen to all my friends, colleagues, and family, as she has always done an amazing job for me. Thank you, Karmen!

FIVE stars for there service ,I ordered this car a 2023 Nissan Z from Finch Nissan back in October 2022 with no hopes of getting one in my mind with only 50 bound for Canada it seemed near impossible until I gave Jen a call just wondering how my order was coming , and she said I was second on the list and first if it was manual, my hopes rose and rose until I got the call your car is in. I was told it would by bolder gray I was very disappointed. Until some one suggested a wrap, we chose colour black rose and what a difference like night and day, the wrap company Streetstar customs recommended by Jen, the sales manager did a fantastic job , very satisfied with the hole experience from day one , Finch Nissan came through for me to get this car and I love it.KeithZ
