First time guest. And it was a great experience!. Got a massage, and left relaxed and so happy I chose The Coach House.Made an appointment with Nicole and she was very friendly and made me feel comfortable . would definitely recommend !Clean, Cozy & Professional Staff.5 Stars

I recently had a Thai Yoga massage at this AMAZING health and wellness centre! My therapist (Chivonne) is one of the BEST therapists I have ever had!She took her time to get to know me and my history and was so kind, welcoming, and professional. I will definitely be going back on a regular basis for Thai Massage. Finally I found a place that meets all of my needs with a comfortable atmosphere. Thank you all at the Coach House!!!

My experience did not match my expectations or the price point. From the branding/website I expected a more spa-like atmosphere. The treatment rooms have no sound proofing so I could hear every conversation of people passing by and I think the music playing in the room was on a phone speaker. The massage table was also quite short so my feet dangled off the end. These are fairly minor drawbacks, but I also did not enjoy my massage. I get massages fairly frequently (my regular RMT wasn't available which is why I tried The Coach House) and never have had a problem with being ticklish except this time, which made it impossible to relax. I also got a facial massage, which I did enjoy, but I have noticeable bruising on my face a day later. My massage did help a problem knot in my back, but I would not return.

Absolutely amazing and highly recommended if you have any physical discomfort with your body. Dr. Mark Bird is very knowledgeable and professional, my shoulder was better even after just the initial visit.

Dr Mark Bird has been so helpful in managing my chronic pain by doing active release and manual manipulation. I have seen other professionals and Mark is the only one who gives me lasting relief .

I have been seeing Krista for years now. She is professional, friendly, and an excellent RMT!I had my first massage at the new Coach House Therapeutic Centre this morning and the space is beautiful! The Coach House team has done a great job of creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. The online booking system is a fantastic feature and the location can't be beat! And there is free parking just a two minute walk down the street, right by the LCBO. I can't wait for my next massage!

A clinic that doesn't feel like a clinic! I've been coming to The Coach House for about 2 years now for massage with Megan and i never leave unhappy. The atmosphere is inviting, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and i love that they support small and local businesses!

Wendy (acupuncture) and John (osteopath) are absolutely amazing! We travel from Burlington to Paris as it is so worth the drive!! If you have any ailments at all, I highly recommend you visit either of them.Totally thrilled to have them be a part of our health care!! ❤️

I go here for Chiropractic and Osteopathic treatment where I see Mark and John. Excellent practitioners where I always feel better after a visit.....I should go more often! The office is very welcoming, not the greatest parking but I won't knock them for that.

I’ve been going to Kim for massages monthly for over a year. She is awesome!!I’ve had pretty chronic back pain since I was a teen, now in my 30s she convinced me to see their chiropractor Dr. Mark. I wasn’t really sure what to expect on my first visit but he made me feel very comfortable. I’ve now been seeing him on and off for several months. His adjustments work wonders and he always has great advice and stretch’s for whatever ails ya.Both Kim and Mark are extremely friendly and laid back. When I come in it feels like I’m visiting a friend - we chat and catch up and they also solve all my pain :)
