Shine Auto Wash Coquitlam

Paid for the platinum wash and tire shine. Came out with soap left on car and still a bunch of dirt on back end of vehicle. Spotty tire shine on half the tire only.Attendant- what do you want me to do about it?Manager- yea it does that sometimes on some vehicles.Me- can you fix it?Them- noManager said he'd send me thru again but after alot of hassle. So I went to wash world up the street

Awful experience.My vehicle came out with a bunch of black runny spots on he hood to include bugs still visible on the entire front of the truck.Rims, clearly did not get cleaned either in this run through the car wash.Went to the front desk and the attendant clarified that they would not bring my vehicle through in order to clean it properly.The attendant also clarified that they don’t guarantee bug gunk being removed.We paid for the WORKS wash?If you’re looking for a clean vehicle experience, this is not the car wash for you.

I've been here several times and each time has always been good. I think this is one of the best car washes around as it seems to get every part of your vehicle where other washes tend to miss. The only thing that's kind of weird is that they raise their prices so high over the last couple of years started out at $8 a wash and now it's up to $11. That's a bit uncalled for. Other than that it's a good place to get your car or truck washed.

The first time and last time, I don't think this company inspect their cleaning roller regularly. My hood is scratch, and my rear side door also .Folks, if your car is silver, that may not be visible easily, but mine is black, and you can see it ..

Took my Jeep for a wash today. Paid for the premium wash. Was inside the wash and heard a scraping noise. Wasn’t sure where it came from. Of course when the car is wet you can’t see anything. Got home to find two huge scratches along both my passenger side door and hood!! Not to mention it’s not even clean. I have photos of right after which are posted with my review. Unbelievable! My Jeep now looks worse then before the wash when it was just dirty. Will not be returning. Don’t waste your money if you value your vehicle.

Decent for a quick wash. The wash is not touch free in case that is a deal breaker for you. It also will not remove grime from nooks and crannies of your car. Although the wash also left spots on the hood and trunk which was a bit disappointing as these areas were not exactly hard to reach. I followed up immediately after the wash with my own wipe down to catch areas the wash didn't get. I'll probably go for a hand wash next time.

My first choice for a place to get a car wash. I only go during ‘off-hours’ to avoid lineups. Fits bigger trucks as well (I have a levelled 2018 Ram 3500 w/ 35’s) and it fits under the 7’ clearance… be warned though - the speed bumps are ‘strong’ so slow RIGHT down if you have a stiff suspension. On the higher side price-wise, but it’s better quality than most places so it’s worth it (except for my truck mirrors… wish it could do a better job there, but they turn the mirrors in).I have one complaint: I don’t think have a monthly pass option.
