This has not been a very good experience at all. The trees are reasonable in quality but the service and the installation were appalling. First they tried to overcharge, they then didn't give any clear direction or dates for planting and then when I scrambled to meet all of the requirements because it was going to be within a week, they didn't bother to come for another 3 weeks with only one days notice. As for the planting it was sub-contracted out and the trees are all at angles, planted over the top of roots etc It's appalling quality. My landscaper said it's the worst tree planting they have EVER seen. I have had to chase CLGC so so many times and they are full of false promises about what they are going to do and when. I am totally fed up and would not recommend them at all.

Refreshing place to spend the day without spending a lot - especially when the weather outside isn't all it should be in Calgary! This place gives you a fresh dose of spring, and a ton of creative ideas. The countless unique touches and boutique style set this place apart from the others.

I recently completed a xeriscape yard project under the Town of Okotoks guidelines. I had unbelievable support from both Kim and Lindsey in both plant selection and the paperwork needed to document my purchases. A great garden center with wonderful staff.

Countryside completed our grass-free low maintenance perennial landscaping design, with lighting, irrigation, trees, shrubs and flowering plants last year and we are so thrilled with design from Kelly Code and success of entire project! Two of our neighbours have also redone their entire yards after seeing our results. Best investment.

Fabulous service from the entire team! Melissa patiently assisted with my tree and shrub choices. We had to make a change due to some community challenges and it was no problem - Melissa made sure I got what I needed. The crew did a fabulous job planting, and left our yard looking amazing. Working with the team at Countryside for a number of years now has been fantastic, not only for their Spring Pre-Order Sale but also when it comes to the delivery, install and follow up. Truly appreciate Melissa's time in assisting with choosing tree's, offering suggestions and ability to work around schedules to accommodate the delivery and install. The install team this year is amazing as well, taking care with machinery, planting and cleaning up when finished... AMAZING all around

We ordered a tree from them in April and got it in June. Although Melissa in the office is pleasant, she was a bit disorganized and some of her communications were not the best. (Emailing the wrong person & quoting the wrong pricing). She was quick to fix it though. Otherwise, everything else was great. Our new tree is lovely and the perfect size. The installer is TOP NOTCH. Kudos to him for his service and level of care during install.

Poor Product Quality, Poor Customer ServiceHad these trees planted last July and this is what they deliver. Installers removed the fishing line that holds the branches up. I called and asked to have them come back and fix it and they said they would next time they were in the area. I’m still waiting… ended up tying them up myself. The tress look terrible. I would look elsewhere if I could do it over again.
