It was the first time I used a junk removal service and the 1-800 Got Junk team was extremely friendly, professional and efficient! I booked their service online through the website and they came next day to remove items from small to large including countertops, tables, chairs, cardboard, old Christmas decorations, etc. Everything was loaded up by the team in a matter of minutes. 10/10 recommend!

The gentlemen I had were absolutely amazing! They worked so hard, were efficient, polite, easy to talk do, were very honest about the prices! I've rented bins and never again go that route ever again after this amazing experience. They didn't take a break the entire time and we're extremely careful with our property! I can't recommend this service enough...and the gentleman that hauled butt! Worth the entire experience.

I’ve used them over 10 times been a great time saver on my Reno projects I make the mess they clean it up. Been really good service staff been great always calling if something comes up and 9/10 always right on time.

Evan came to my home to collect old furniture that was just taking up way too much space in my apartment.He was very friendly, communicated effectively with me before the appointment and was extremely friendly. They made a point of being careful and making sure to not damage the walls in my unit or in the stairwell.The removal process was particularly hard as I live on a 4th floor with no elevator. The boys did outstanding work and I would proudly recommend their service anytime. 5 stars, I will be using them again.

We were emptying my Moms place decided to use this company on a recommendation. They were so unprofessional, I had a time slot booked and received a call from the driver and was informed that they didn’t know when they would be there I received nothing but the run around from the office was told numerous times that someone would contact me and I am still waiting would never recommend this company to Family or Friends Operation Manager Peter Haywood was supposed to contact me a week later still waiting they are probably still calling the wrong contact number that I had to continually call to correct as well as the address
