We bought a bedroom set in March at this store. The bed was delivered after 6 weeks, opened the box and two drawers were all broken. Opened a service call, sent their technician and had its report after another two weeks. Then they said we don’t have this bed available anymore more and we have to wait another 4 weeks minimum. No refund. exchange of the bed is possible but not the set. Waisted several days with their customer service. Long story shorts, expect at least 4 months for some your furnitures to be delivered correctly.

My house burned down so I came to the store to buy all new appliances and furniture (spent approx $14,000) to be delivered in 1 month when we would get a house again. We choose everything based on it being in stock and available for delivery since the house we’re moving into has nothing. The day before I called to see when the delivery would come only to be told that there is no delivery confirmed and only half the stuff can get delivered a week later (including our bed and stove). NO ONE CALLED ME TO TELL ME THIS. I went to the store to fix it and was told everything except the sofa and bedroom set would come on time tomorrow. They estimate the bedroom set to only be delivered in August. So now we have to go shopping for a new bedroom set and have no dressers/nightstands. On top of it, the delivery guys came and our dryer wasn’t there and they delivered the wrong size box spring. We can’t even call the store because it only opens at 10am. I’ve never experience such trouble and miscommunication from a delivery store in MY LIFE. I wish I would have read the reviews for this store before purchasing anything. I am never going back and if I didn’t need the stuff today, I would have cancelled my whole order.

Terrible location. Sellers make false promises in order to get the sale. Delivery drivers are rude/incompetent/unprofessional. No one ever answers the phone and no calls are ever returned, despite promises to the contrary. Delivery delays are not respected.Save yourself a bunch of headaches, buy anywhere else but here. I'm going back to my previous location in Lasalle next time.

Came back again to edit my review from one star to four.long story short I became very disappointed initially with the first delivery attempt which never happened , we were being hold waiting to receive the delivery 4 hours.The day after We were told that there was an issue in the system that caused that problem. For the second attempt the delivery guys came on time, also assembled the product and then cleaned the house from the boxes.I can’t give 5 stars because of the first problem but 4. Below is my previous review.—————————————————————-Very bad service, waiting to receive the order at home based on the schedule but we didn’t received it and nobody called us to inform if the delivery was postponed or not. We were waiting whole Saturday and the customer service didn’t even answer to make the situation clear.Very bad experience very frustrating…

Worst customer service ever… my tenants had to live in the apartment without washer for one month because of their terrible service. At first they delivered a broken washer without installation(I already paid for the installation). And it took almost 2 weeks to sent the technician to check.. said missing some accessories and then disappeared. I talked to the shop manager and he promised me that the technician will deliver and install the machine at the same time, but it turned out they didn’t do installation, Again…The shop manager even didn’t say a sorry. It’s been more than one month since we bought the washer. And it’s not been installed properly still…so many headaches and time-wasting… never & never recommend this shop.

Massive deception. Worst expereience. Don't get driven by those fancy marketing ads. You will have a stressful and frustrating journey.They don't even have client support department in their shop. Each shop needs to have one..but it seems this one does not have...You need to pay both the taxes on some furniture as they are in promo y.... Overpromising sales: spent 10k 1month in advance expecting to deliver on time but not all items were delivered. Have to wait for another 2 months for another delivery. Delivery department decides when to ship as they don't respect your requested dates, delivery does not respect their schedule...late by several hours...delivery guys not technical at all..rough does not care of breaking anything square peg through the hole" as long as they bring it in your living room...client support is another madness..unknown location...only online...assembled a bed frame (received in plastic without instruction) late at night but to my despair it cracked(see photos) on the first try due to a manufacturing defect...no QC tag anywhere on any item...I doubt the quality is rigorously checked prior to shipment...client support take their own time to respond...still no follow up despite I went to the shop and spoke with a director... director no skills how to handle a frustrated client...he was clear he cannot do anything for us...he said you wanted to speak with the director

Don’t bother wasting your time or money on this store! You will be in for a head ache & run around.Purchased a couch, 3 months later it was ripped, and looked as is it was 10 years old.Brault Martineau gave me 15 days for a Exchange no refund. With only 15 days I was forced to buy something I wasn’t crazy about. The new purchase also wasn’t in stock for another 2 months.Fast forward to delivery I was told they would pick up the old couch same time they delivered the new one. I then received another call saying they would call me back to schedule a date for pick up. Very unorganized. So morning of delivery I’m waiting for 3 hours to find out they cannot delivery my couch because the old couch isn’t there. (I had new couch delivered to a new adress)Called the store since the delivery line is closed on the weekend, and the customer care is just awful. Brushing you off and even rude on top of it.Im just so disappointed with this whole experience

I bought a Samsung fridge with customized panels and they delivered the wrong panel to my house. I called them twice and nothing happened. They don't care about customer after selling an item. Wasting time and money in Brault & Martineau and I don't recommend.
