Taste was overall good, but i won't go there again. No doubt it is expensive, but you can't even customize your pizza according to your needs as any other basic pizza company offers you. At this price point where i can't even make my pizza spicy, sorry sir you are loosing a customer. Pizza 73, dominos and etc, other chains are cheap and more friendly to customer needs.

I have lived close to this location for over 5 years and finally decided to try it out.My husband ordered a Royal Pizza and I tried the Regular Donair with a Ceasar Salad.We waited for the food for over 30 minutes. When my husband got his pizza it was piping hot and fully cooked. I can't say the same about my Donair. My Donair was cold, the cheese was not melted at all. It was like he just pulled it out of the fridge and called it a day. So I sent it back and my waitress microwaved that Donair and brought it back. The best she could do because apparently the cook was having an off day.It came back a gross mess.So at the end I did not have to pay for my Donair. Pizza great, Donair awful. The waitress tried.

90/100! Absolutely love this pizza! A bit expensive and their large is a standard medium. But man their pizzas are FANTASTIC!

Worst service ever! It took 40mins for just one medium pizza. Not even a busy day. We were the only costumer. We almost missed our doctor’s appointment. Never go there!!!

Really Good pizza, but if your hungry and thinking of ordering delivery you should know get crazy busy and you can end up waiting a ridiculous long time. Best to pick up if thats an option for you.

Tried to order a delivery for a very sad little patient in hospital tonight whose parents could not visit her due to illness. Was told 75 minutes for a 2 blocks away delivery location. Long after I'd placed the order the restaurant called to tell me my cc was not going through due to expiry date" error. Tried a different card

We’ve had delicious pizza from Royal Pizza from other locations so wanted to try a location closer to home. Lots of negative reviews on here but we had no issues. Called to put in our order. Was given a pick up time (30 min). We ran late and they called us at the 40 min mark. Pizza is super tasty and was still hot/fresh despite us being late and eating it close to 45 min after it was ready. The only downside is the cost. 2 medium speciality pizzas (10”) was $47.

The lady who answers the phone to take orders at night is the coldest jerk because she hangs up the phone without saying goodbye! Super disrespectful, terrible telephone manners, incompetent, toxic, selfish, cocky, entitled, hurtful behavior and literally no tact when it comes to her doing that, let alone every single time! Require her to say goodbye before hanging up, and if she won't cooperate and start saying goodbye before hanging up the phone, then please fire her effectively immediately!!!

If I could mark of 0 stars I would. They did not tell me until they messed up my order they had a big order of 70 pizzas going out and the chef was a little frazzled which I get can happen. My wings were still raw which I discovered after eating half a wing. I was not impressed at all. I have worked at a different location while in dinner rush and I know everything can be done properly. Not impressed and will be less if I get food poisoning. I will not be going back to this location or recommend this location to anyone
