Absolutely LOVE this company! I went to them with a creat design for our camp. They were quick to respond and offered free advice on changes that would result in a better final product. They corresponded numerous times and even created a sample crest before completing the order so that I could confirm it was exactly what I wanted! Rick designed a crest based on two winning entries to a crest contest we held with young Girl Guides...he was able to take all the hand-drawn elements, stay true to the kids' illustrations, and produce something that looks amazing. I am working remotely currently and contacted ProImageCrest about a patch idea I made with MS Paint. They were professional, prompt, courteous and I received the patches just in time to give them to my co-workers at an important going away party for one of my colleagues.
