A bit overpriced for passport and citizenship photos. Initial baby passport photo was too big, and so I had to make a few trips back with the baby to get it right. The manager acknowledged their mistake and ended up providing us with a complimentary free collage photo shoot to make up for the mistakes. Those photos were amazing and clear so they made up for it. Thanks to the female manager she’s very friendly.

I arrived at 2.05 which is in the middle of their operating hours, they were closed for lunch". Someone came out I asked if I can just grab my photos since I had paid online

Walmart photo lady is not at all helpful, i asked her to help me out but she was avoiding me it was frustrating. Very bad i had to drop out without getting photos printed there. If someone doesn’t know how to print pictures she should help not make others feel bad about it because they have never used kiosk. I had to give it one star but she doesn’t deserve even 1 star.

Good deals, shop here weekly. Extremely busy and you have to inspect your purchases as food items will be sold past expirey at reduced price and ive also found moldy food on the shelves. Some items may be cleared out and not restocked for long periods of time. Grocers are under pressure to preform quickly so they tend to toss you products in a pile after scanning in a way that make it difficult to bag often leaving you in a situation of trying to bag your items while the next person is already being scanned through and held up from starting their bagging.

I went to pick up an enlargement I'd ordered. The man at the counter was very friendly.

I attempted to have photos taken at Walmart @Surrey West Supercentre. Store #5838. 12451 88 Ave, Surrey, BC, V3W. I wore a formal outfit and requested full pose. But the photographers failed to carry out my request. I tried again, same poor result. On both occasions, my hair was orangey red in the phots, I have light brown hair.As a glutton for punishment, I attempted the third time.Simran at the above store attended to me. I explained what I wanted including my ‘normal ‘hair colour. Simran was patient and listened to my request.I was surprised with the results, the photo was done professionally. Simran has real talent, coupled with ability to adhere to customers need.I would highly recommend this young photographer to anyone.

We worked with Simran at the portrait studio and it was an absolute blast. There was an issue with our online booking but they were able to fit us in. Simran was so kind, fun, and explained everything in a really easy way to understand. The process was seamless and the photos were amazing! We will definitely be going and getting photos done there again

They were supposed to open at 10am but the doors were locked with the lights off until about quarter after but other than having to wait for them, the service was quick and friendly.

An ok studio. Photo lab staff have changed. It's no longer what it used to be. Have been happy with their services before but that is gone now as well. Probably a good idea to train(re) staff for a warmer appeal to public and a pleasant experience for the customers. Definitely not going back for any future photo shoots.

Photos were cropped improperly cutting off important parts of the pics. Staff is unfriendly and rude. Received a email saying my order was ready, went to check. They said it wasn’t ready and would be ready in 2-3 weeks and they would call me. I called three weeks later because they did not call. I asked if my order was ready. They wouldn’t check and just told me to come down and hung up. When picking up my order the clerk seemed confused. Bad experience. I wouldn’t use them again
