Ed is a down to earth guy. He fixed my stove years ago for a very reasonable price.Had to call him in to look at my dishwasher,,he was honest and said he could fix what was wrong,,it needed a new pump and work on the drainage. He said he could fix it but with the machine being 17 yrs old we had to think about what might go next on it,,so to perhaps look around at few new ones and that it may be more economical to put the parts and repair money into that. That's what we did,,so we are getting a new one and it was so nice to get an honest opinion and no pressure to fix our old one. Thanks Ed

Ed White is a prince. I left a message about my leaky dishwasher. He called back a short while later and talked me through it. I was happy to pay him to come by, but he didn't want to waste my time, nor my money if it was something simple. It remains to be seen whether I really have a problem. But if I do, I will gladly bring him in to fix it and really appreciate his help and his concern for my $.

Ed came to my house exactly when he said he would and was “in and out” in less than an hour. He is a wizard at appliance repair! My 22-year old clothes washer needed some work to restore the spin cycle. Not only does it now spin wonderfully, it runs much more quietly than it has for many years, even while agitating during the wash and rinse cycles. The spinning action is now very smooth, and Ed provided a handy tip to clean out the drain holes in the bottom of the tub. My washer now seems 10 years younger. Thanks, Ed!
