I had delivery the other night. The pizza and garlic fingers were great and very affordable, unfortunately I wont be purchasing Papa Johns again because of the CEOs numerous comments about the NFL, minimum wage, etc... the owner of this location may not agree with the CEO., and I may only be a small dent in the $801 million dollar Papa Johns CEOs income but Im sure others will follow .....I suggest he and other owners of these restaurants do something about their chief executive officer.

Update contacted store got order re-done it was way better this time!!!Different day got my usual order and this how we got our pizza worst looking pizza i ever seen!!

EDIT A COUPLE YEARS LATER:Increased from 4 to 5 stars, got 2 pizzas yesterday and they messed the order up a bit and one of the pizzas was a full 1/4 smaller with massive crusts, which left it with almost half the topping space. I called to leave a (polite!) complaint, they promised to make good on it and they followed through and made us 2 new pizzas free of charge this evening. These ones look excellent and they were kind enough to let us adjust the types / toppings as well and there was no additional fees. This is really good customer service in my opinion and my partner and I were very grateful and didn't anticipate this kind of response. We expected more of a sorry about that

The food is always good here. The issue seems to be when you order (and pay for) extra dipping sauce. 9/10 times it’s missing. Also, if you ask for no onions or no chicken, chances are, you’ll find it on your pizza.

Ordered online, got to the location when my order was ready" and half the order wasn't even started. So I had to wait for about 30mins to get the other half while the pizza got cold. Staff wasn't very busy

Ordered for a 6pm pick got there at 10 to 6 food was already sitting out. Food was over cooked cold and had not cheese on the pizza. I got a Papadia it was cold and had next to no filling. Very disappointed. This is the second time this has happened. Think we need to check out some of the new places.

Terrible experience got the wrong pizza called to get it switch was hung up on and was told they are too busy tonight a manager will call me the next day the manager never called. Obviously they don't care about individual customers

The price is too high, customer service is always rude, and although i always order and pay for donair sauce, I never get it. nonetheless i keep going back because the product is unbeatable.

It is an okay pizza spot. It doesn’t stand out from the rest. It cost more than dominoes but less than pomidorris. We’ve had issues with our online ordering since moving to the valley, resulting in us having to call.
