It was... fine. Realistically buffet in a small town, low traffic restaurant mid-week was probably not the best idea.The staff were friendly, and the buffet items that were freshest were quite good. If you're looking for Chinese food in Osoyoos it's not a bad option, just order from the menu and skip the buffet unless it's busy.

Out of the Chinese restaurants in Oliver and Osoyoos, this one is the best. Excellent Wor Won Ton soup (full of flavour) only item missing from the menu was peaches and cream shrimp, but they will make it for you on request. Friendly service, Family owned.

Went for the buffet, but that wasn't on. Ordered meal for 5 instead. Portions were plentiful, food tasted great. Overall great experience. Waitress who sat us could say something (was completely silent), took our order later, didn't say much and never checked how the food was. She also had her mask below her nose all the time. Although I appreciate her wearing a mask, wearing it below the nose kinda defeats the purpose of the mask...

The new buffet table is really nice to see. It's a good buffet with all the regular dishes done in the usual way, except was nice and hot now. The place is usually well kept and the food is replenished fast. For a buffet it's good. Better than other local buffet options IMO.

Oh man. Super nice staff. I wish I could say the same of the food. The buffet was missing about a third to half of its capacity, and most of what was there seemed to come either from a deep fryer or the freezer. Food was not restocked, and it was clear that what was there had been there for a while. Desserts were mostly instant pudding mixes, and burnt coconut tarts. It’s rare for me to say I regret going out for dinner, but.., oiy. I regret it. Big time.

Hard to give a nice review. Food was average at best. Service was non existent, we were seated and left until they asked the ages of the children. When we went to pay the bill, we were told tip was added to our bill, which we weren't too happy about considering the service. Prices were 19 dollars for adult on the buffet, and again food wasn't up to par.

Osoyoos isn't a place for Chinese food. The restaurant is located in downtown Osoyoos. The exterior of the restaurant looks average and interior decor looks average....actually interior looks like it's from the 70s and 80s era. However, don't let the looks fool you. The Chinese food here is actually decent. You get a variety of Chinese food in buffet style. The kitchen only cooks small quantities of each dish each time. I guess it's to avoid wasting the food. Food is hot and tasty. The plates looks like their from the 1970s. Restaurant is pretty big with dual sides but the day I was there people were sat only in one side and the other side (other room) was vacant and dark.

The food was good so as the owner but the lady that settle our bill was very rude. We asked for an itemized receipt because we were confused on how did we ended up paying that kind of bill. We were 6 on our table. One of us paid her bill separately. We didn't see the sign outside that the price on the menu that we have on our table was different from their actual price(why would u use a menu that doesn't have an updated price?). So we paid that $175 plus gave her an extra cash tips. We were certain that our bill won't be that much so we asked for an actual itemized receipt(which they should give to every customer) but she can't give it giving us lots of excuses. So we decided to calculate our own bill and showed it to her coz its way off. And her actual words was it's not my fault my boss put gratuity on your bill." Seriouly u put a gratuity on our bill and yet u didn't bother to tell us about that? This restaurant should be transparent on what they are putting on their customers tab. We don't mind the 20% gratuity as long as we know. That lady should be nice since we are paying customers and we were nice in asking her."
