Dr Li Bessie

As a long time patient of Dr. Li, I had and am still amazed by how consistency the office runs in term of proffesionalism and efficiency. For more than 15 years, Dr Li has accurately diagnosed every single of my visit. She usually make the visit quick when there's no major issue, but spends the extra times when there's real concerns. I have seen a few doctors including family physicians, specialists and walk-ins and I am certain to say that there's no comparison to Dr Li's practice. A knowledgeable, caring, passionate doctor with a strong front desk team, especially Dr. Li' assistant Angel (she is really an ANGEL when comes to blood work). I find it very impressive of how Angel scans the calls with the right questions asked, and schedules appointment according to urgency. The waiting time in the office is so efficiently managed, that shows me that they have lots of respects toward their patients. For some other doctors' office, waiting time is up to 2 hours which I find it rediculously unacceptable.I am thankful that my health is well taken care of and feel relieved every time I left the office.My sincere thank you to Dr. Li, Angel & the amazing team !

Doesnt handle clients concerns seriously, my friend's mom had visited/consulted Dr. Bessie Li multiple times and told her about the all her symptoms(she told the doctor half of her body felt numbness), ended up Dr. Li didn't do any referrals or diagnosis. She ignored all the signs of stroke. Ended up, my friend's mom had to go to emergency room herself. Terrible experience!

Love my doctor, but she doesn't take walk-in's and it's either my cell phone or her office is busy bc I can never get through to book an appointment. I have to go in personally and book an appointment.

I've been seeing Dr. Bessie Li for over 14 years now, and she has really grown as a physician. I noticed a lot of physicians become short-tempered and impatient after a decade of practice, but Dr. Li remains kind, humorous, and although she goes very fast sometimes because of how many patients she has, she always answers your questions if you have them.Angel, the receptionist, who I believe has her own list of certifications, has been with Dr. Li since she moved to the Warden location. She is just as kind and professional and the two of them works very well together. It's a small team, but definitely a power duo.Keep it up, and know that your attitude and professionalism is appreciated.

My family have been with Dr. Li for more than 15 years. Very nice and professional family doctor and we will never change to another one.

Please pick up your phone or have a second line. The communication with this office needs to improve immensely. You have patients, who are ultimately your customers, who needs an appointment to see their family doctor. At least have the curtesy to pick up the phone or have an alternate method for your patients to submit appointment requests.

Dr. Bessie Li has been my family doctor for 15 years. She is caring and compassionate!

I've been with Dr. Bessie Li since market village times and can say definitively that I will be seeing her till I'm on my death bed (please out live me). She's quick, thorough and you can joke with her. She's serious yet easy going. I think if you are honest and you have genuine concerns she will try her best with you. Now as a tip because Dr. Li goes fast, you should come prepared with written questions that you have which makes the assessment a whole lot better. Sometimes she goes so fast that I forget to ask her things after the assessment.Did I mention about Angel, the receptionist? Also very helpful and let me tell you she's an angel when she's drawing blood. Did not knock me out cold cause I faint after blood test prep. She's a what I call no nonsense, helpful and knowledgeable. She's never missed my vein so I find solace when its body check time. Also, she has great waivy hair.The only issue I have is trying to get through on the phone lines. I know the clinic is busy but when it comes to cancellation or rebooking it is tricky. And like sometimes you can never dial through. I think the clinic will maintain at 5 stars if there is a option for fast cancellation or rebooking I really like the automated system that they have for the reminder text.
