Shane is amazing at what he does. Whenever I get my shoes back they look as good as new. I don’t even consider taking them elsewhere. Him and his staff have a great work ethic. I’ve been seeing him for years and couldn’t be happier with his services. Thanks guys!

I came here a lot 3 years ago and they were providing excellent services on my sneakers at that time. But now it's not as good as before. I dropped off my shoes at the third day of August and won't be able to pick them up until the 25th. The standard time list on the website was 4-5days, and it took more than 3weeks if you don't wanna pay additional $5 for rush. Also I only requested a deep clean with 1 free add-on, no rush and when I picking up, the guy told me the price was at $57 cuz I asked for a rush and extra add-on which I didn't. He told me that's the miscommunication and fixed the price for me but it's still crazy to charge for what I didn't asked for. The cleaning work on my sneakers were fine, most of the stains were removed but not all of them. Still a good place to stop by if you want your shoes to be cleaned, but they are not good as 3 years ago. (both pics from 2019 they did excellent works to make my shoes like new)

Just for some context, I had brought my shoes to a shoe maker in WEM because it was convenient and close to the retailer that I had just purchased them from. I asked them to follow the curvature of the under sole and instead they ended up cutting straight across. Despite charging me more because of the extra attention to detail, I then asked them to fix the mistake as they did not deliver on the request that I paid extra for. When I went to pick them up, the owner said that he thought it was “pretty good” and deflected a number of my concerns. After this whole ordeal, I honestly had no desire to even wear them because they looked terrible. I stopped in looking for help, and was able to discuss my concerns with Shane. Shane was very professional and walked me through what his process would be. I really appreciated the call day of pick up to confirm the time. Upon pick up, I was absolutely blown away by the level of care and detail as they looked practically brand new again. If I could give more stars I absolutely would. Thank you Shane, and your team for the amazing work.

They're now my go-to for shoe care products such as conditioners, cleaning product, polishes, shoe trees etc. Great selection of quality products, including Saphir, for prices you'd be hard-pressed to beat online.

I want to give Shane and he staff 10 stars, I brought Shane my kids shoes and my own, he give me a more the decent deal for all 3 pairs. I Have been getting my shoes repaired and cleaned up from them for over a year now . This man and his team can make any pair of shoes look brand new, and I'm rough on my shoes. His craftsmanship is second to none and even that’s a understatement. On a personal and professional level it’s always a pleasure dealing with him and his team. He is a master of his trade and his staff are eager students who’s passion for what they does truly shows. If you have very dirty shoes or shoes that just need a quick cleanup never hesitate taking them to shoe shine shack, and trust to know they're in good hands.

I brought a couple pairs of beloved Docs to The Shoe Shine Shack and they came back better than new. Shane and his team took tremendous care with my shoes to ensure they were cleaned and protected from the elements, and gave them back to me gleaming. Not only that, Shane personally walked me through each step of his process and took the time to explain what effect each of the fine, high-quality products he used was meant to achieve. The care that Shane and his team show toward their customers and their footwear (among other items they're able to spruce up) is unmatched and I would trust The Shoe Shine Shack with any other future touch-ups. I'll certainly be back.

I can't say enough about Shane and the quality of his work. In my most recent experience, Shane took a much loved pair of shoes that were destined for the garbage bin and revitalized them to be like new. I brought two different pairs of used Shoes to The Shoe Shine Shack ( Air Jordan 'Gamma Blues & Adidas 'Swift Runs' ) and they both came back looking better then New. IMO this place is the best in Edmonton, Fast Efficient,Friendly and Inexpensive, very Good Work and very Great Service. the dedication Shane and his team puts in is unmatched 12/10 . . . . . .I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get their Shoes/Sneakers cleaned.
