5 Star Water Solutions

I purchased a Kinetico water softener from them back in 2009. I was pleased with their service back then. Took the softener with me to my new house in 2016. Has worked great for nearly 14 years. Was having some issues with water pressure drops, called 5 Star Water, told me the resin needed to be replaced. I booked the service, Clay came out to my house last week and replaced the tanks of resin and installed a bypass, which was never originally installed when I moved the system through another plumber. Clay was an excellent person to have a conversation with, completed the work quickly. Cost seemed very reasonable. Glad to be doing business with them. Keep up the good work!

We had a new soft water system installed today by 5 Star Water Solutions. Andrew was the nicest technician I've ever had come to the house. He showed up within the agreed upon time window. He explained what he would need to do and asked if I had any questions. He was very thoughtful in regards to installation and replacing the drainage pipe. The install went very quickly and he made sure to explain the new water softener and answer any questions I had before he left. He was very kind and thoughtful through the whole process. Will definitely come back for my next water softener.

The name absolutely suits the services they are offering (5 star). Darryl is knowledgeable, he provided key details of Kinetco Softner while explaining the advantages of RO system without any pressure. I agreed to take RO system as well.Installation of Water Softner:Clay came to install the softner ln time. He is a professional installer and completed the installation while organizing the pipes nicely.Installation of RO System:Richu installed our RO system. He possesses great customer skills.Overall experience is 5/5.

All my dealings with 5 Star Solutions were online and by email, They were very helpful, answered all my questions, and quickly answered my emails. They had all the parts in stock and sent them out right away. I am extreamly happy I found them online and wrote them. They will get my business from now on.

We recently moved and had 5 Star Water Solutions install a water softener and drinking water system in our home in the Summer of 2022.Upon installation of the water softener, we noted no improvement in hard water residue on our counters, bath tubs and faucets. We called 5 Star Water Solutions in Fall 2022 to learn that the system was left in standby mode on installation. We were given phone instructions on how to take the system off standby mode with no acknowledgement of the error.Today, we had 5 Star Water Solutions come in for an annual system check-up and were told that the system was not operating correctly with a membrane issue. We still paid the full service fee (although any good company would likely wave this with 2 consecutive errors for a system that costs well in excess of $5,000).For a high-end water system, we have had a horrible experience with 5 Star Water Solutions.We had an inexpensive water softener in our previous home (Maytag) that worked substantially better than the issues we have experienced with 5 Star Water Solutions. I would recommend looking elsewhere.June 7 update - In response to the comment below from the owner, the system was erronously left on standby. Although, it requires a 2-minute" phone call to take the system off standby

Great service and very professional from the 1st meeting where water was checked and options provided to the seamless installation a week later. Also great follow-up so far. I 'm very happy with my new water softener and would recommend 5 Star..

Great advice from Carlos on the right equipment to replace my old softener. Clay did a great installation - on time, cleaned everything up, and the equipment took up much less space than I anticipated. Highly recommend this company for your water treatment needs.
