I installed a six zone Rainteck Irrigation system and it works perfectly thanks to excellent assistance by Amit who gave me excellent instructions for installation and by Jason who set up my sprinkler heads and programmed the controller. He was very patient and persistent with my wi-fi system that would not initially connect to the controller.

Jason and his team were extremely professional from the design phase through to installation, and they tackled what seemed like insurmountable challenges with ease due to their wealth of experience. They brought in incredible machinery that flawlessly cut and re-sewed my lawn without leaving a trace. After completing the job, Jason even cleaned up the worksite and taught me how to use the control software. Having previously attempted to install an irrigation system myself for another property, which took me about a month, I was amazed that they completed the job in just two days, reaffirming my belief in the power of professionalism. I have been using Raintech for a while now as they have good equipment, well organized for blow outs and are always so helpful. I bought a Hunter X2 controller with WiFi last summer and it worked really well. Unfortunately, when I came to start up my irrigation this spring the Wand connector in the X2 failed to connect with the wifi. I talked to Raintech who tried to help me with that but we couldn’t get it to work. So they offered to switch the Wand and the controller. I tried that and still nothing. So they offered me the RainBird equivalent. So I switched it for the RainBird RC2 today, installed it and it is working great. Thank you Raintech for all your support and understanding. You guys have a great business with exceptional service. Thank you. I would recommend them to anyone. Good people are not that easy to find. Support them.

Raintech installed our irrigation system a number of years ago and have been servicing it ever since.This year they started up our system earlier than expected - perfect timing with this week’s warm weather. Raintech technician Michael attended a service call at our home today. He was on time and very pleasant! He fixed our problem and more! He found and fixed a issue we didnt realize we had but it could have ended up being a bigger issue if he hadnt. Highly recommend him and Raintech!
