Had TNB Plumbing come in for major plumbing & ventilation work. They were on time & worked hard to get the job done right. Office staff very professional & great to deal with. Would recommend them for sure.

Unreal service, had 2 heat pumps installed in less than 8 hours in a full brick house. Answered every one of my many, many....many questions honestly and professionally. Couldn't have asked for a better experience from start in the office to finish at my home.

If we could give more than 5 stars we would. TNB went above and beyond to help us with our heat problem...Shout out to the office staff for squeezing us in...the install was fast...in and out the same day..Shawn and crew were awesome and when they left not one bit of trash...removed everything.Thanks again for everything.

Made an emergency call to TNB on April 4, 2023 at 8:30pm. By 10pm the plumber had assessed the situation and cleared away our sewer blockage and had everything under control. Amazing job from a great company!!

We had to call them a few times over the last year, and they are excellent! We had a crack in our water supply to the toilet that they found, and another time was our water heater wasn't working. Definitely recommend!

Amazing experience from beginning (when Nathan came by to do the initial quote) to end, if I could give 18 stars, I would. The office staff (Dawn and Allison) were patient with all of our questions, very prompt to reply, always friendly and kind. The crew that came out to the house were absolute gentlemen, polite, friendly, informed—we felt completely at ease and knew they were doing a great job. At the end of each day they’d update us on their progress and what still needed to be done, what time they’d be back etc. I could go on and on but the bottom line is, I can’t recommend them enough. It was a pleasure handing them our money. ; )I want to give a particular shout out to David and James (and another young man whose name I didn’t get) for their professionalism and sweet nature, they are a credit to your organization. Even when I dropped off the cheque on my way to work, the office staff hadn’t yet arrived, but I met Josh who walked right up to me in the parking lot and asked if he could help in any way, introduced himself, shook my hand and assured me he’d take care of it so I could get to work on time.Is it possible to fall in love with a plumbing company? Prepare for the onslaught of family and friends calling you after I finish singing your praises. Thanks for everything!

These people were great! From the ladies who took the call to the plumber who came out. They were very kind and professional. The plumber was very good about advising me on the cost of some of the work as he didn't want me to spend extra money if he couldn't make it happen. The extra time and effort the plumber spent trying to resolve the flood in my basement (which he did) was very appreciated. I highly recommend this company.
