Todd and Bill recently installed a new railing on my cement front steps to replace the 70 year old railing that had rusted out. They did a beautiful job and were completely professional in every way. They also installed new windows in my home, including all around my back sun porch, several years ago. They did this window installation in the middle of a cold Erie December, working in the freezing cold weather to accommodate us since my ex wanted to be sure to be able to get the tax credit for energy efficient windows during that tax year. They went above and beyond for us. Years later the windows still are beautiful. Todd always does quality work and is one of the nicest guys I know. One would never go wrong by hiring these guys.

Todd recently built an enclosed / screened in deck for us. From the very start we knew we made the right decision going with Todd. He had great ideas and suggestions with the design of our deck. His quality of work is fantastic. He definitely goes above and beyond with his workmanship. Even the inspector commented on the high quality of his work. We now have a deck that is the envy of our friends and neighbors!

We love our new deck and how terrific it looks. Todd and Bill removed our old 2 level deck in one day. The new deck went up fast and is getting lots of compliments from people walking past our yard. They are very talented deck builders and were an incredible pleasure to work with and are highly recommended.

Todd first replaced our neighbor’s front porch, and about a year or so later replaced their deck in the back as well. We were so impressed with the quality and beauty of his & Bill’s work that we decided to hire them to make some repairs & updates to our deck. The supports underneath needed some attention, we had a small trip hazard (that Todd actually recommended be corrected) and we wanted to add a railing to the stairs too. It was a breath of fresh air to work with contractors that were professional, efficient, kind & also have a sense of humor! It only took them a day and a half for everything to be completed and cleaned up. And we are very, very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Todd & Bill to family and friends alike. It was a pleasure to work with them!

Todd and Bill not only installed a beautiful deck, they were great to work with. From the beginning, the process was meticulously planned with my family's requests being taken into every consideration. While on the job, Todd and Bill do all the work themselves and genuinely enjoy their craft. Todd and Bill finished our basement this winter. It was a big project which included adding a wet bar, bathroom, and bedroom along with a large living space for our family. Todd was extremely responsive with all of our questions and concerns during the planning process as well as during construction. He provided a detailed bid and stayed on budget. We are extremely happy the results and impressed by their craftsmanship and attention to detail. We will definitely be calling Todd for future projects!

Todd recently completed a roof over our back patio. This turned out to be a much larger and expansive project than we originally perceived, and we are thrilled with the results. We finally have a large covered outdoor space that we can enjoy. Working through all the planning with Todd was a breeze and we quickly learned that he would not cut corners or take shortcuts. Todd installed the roof with recessed lighting and 2 ceiling fans in November of last year and completed the finishing touches (cladding, gutters) this spring following the patio contractor finishing their work. Working with Todd was a very good experience, he was responsive and adaptive as things changed during the project. The end result is very clean and finished. Our biggest concern with the project was that the roof would look out of place, and very much like an awkward addition to the house. We are very happy to say that it looks like it was part of house build and a very attractive feature to our home. Thank you, Todd and Bill!

My wife and I found that working with Todd was easy and pleasant. Asking for individualized quotes about various aspects of the project was not a problem with him. Our project was to replace all our deck surfaces and railings. It was a very large project and complex project since there were numerous deck levels and stairways. Todd and his co-worker, Bill, did an awesome job! They are truly highly skilled craftsmen. My wife and I recommend them without reservations for any home project. We are already planning another home improvement job and Todd Monde will be the first contractor we'll call!
