This business is not recommended for anyone I only put a one star because I had to. If you do end up going here good luck. This place should be closed the roof is falling in on the garage.

Had my bearings and tie rods done, paid 500$, and when I drove off my ABS light was on. Drove right back and told them and they told me “there might be dirt on the sensor, keep driving and come back if it doesn’t go away”.Well it didn’t go away & when I came back they told me the sensor was broken. 150$ to fix.Scam artists.

Took my SUV here as I believe in giving back local - and the owners were both professional and courteous, the work was done for a great price and done right. Nice to see a small business in the Valley keeping strong and doing it right! My ALL wheel drive was shifting funny and instead of an expensive suggestion .. they worked within my budget to ensure both safety wise AND budget options were taken into account ..the bill didn't hurt to badly either ..they have great tire prices so will also be purchasing my winters soon there as well....will definitely use them again! Was very pleased with the service I received. Had my trailer safety inspected there and their rates are extremely reasonable. They are also a UHaul dealer and I had an excellent experience during that process as well.

Has been my goto place for oil changes, undercoatings and more while at Acadia.I was always treated fairly!Edit: 5 stars became 3 today. I still think this is an amazing service station that cares about its customers BUT recently I had gone in to ensure everything was ready for a cross Canada trailer tow. They gave me the all clear but I'm now two days into my travels and only 80 km from Wolfville due to towing issues.Go here for tires and oil changes, but find another place for important check-ups.

I definitely do not recommend buying tires from on the hoist Total rip off. also almost caused me a road hazard with a child on board which they were fully aware of at the time. Their attitude towards there customers is quite awful. I was told that I could get a warranty on all four tires since they were purchased BRAND NEW in April. Your receptionist guaranteed when she spoke to the workers on june 2 . Upon leaving my appointment they did not attempt to screw one of the five bolts in after doing the tire change. Unacceptable. Before he attempted to take it off I told the mechanic that I could go back home to grab the special key.I am one of many that has had issues with this shop I really wanted to give the benefit of the doubt.. but sadly it seems like you guys care more about $ instead of pleasing your customers. You have lost three loyal customers.Take care.

January 17,2022Jay went looking for winter tires we just bought a 2012 Mazda--- I stayed in for 4 days no winter tires just all seasons -- everywhere we looked--it was to much -- these people are amazing and affordable--Thank -you so much

They have a reputation. Just look at the reviews. Id give 0 stars if I could.This place is all about the quick buck. Forget about quality work service or saving money. If they dont want to fix it(which is pretty much everything), they send people to the dealer.I worked there and have plenty of stories to add about ripping off customers and blaming customers when it was our fault.One reviewer is right about the roof, it is slowly coming down.

Horrible customer service. They damaged all 4 of my rims when installing tires. Denied it being possible until I had the mechanic put one of my tires on the machine and it matched the damage marks perfectly and even made another scratch. He agreed then when we were talking with the woman at the counter he said it wasn't possible. They tried to offer me nothing until I threatened to go to court for new rims and a refund. Gave me a small monetary compensation but I would not recommend patronizing this business.

Left them a message on Face Book, sent them and e-mail. Called 3 times 10 rings no answer. Will not try again esp after reading their reviews.
