My experience with Robert Half was smooth but Andrea was exceptionally nice and committed to professionalism, thanks Andrea for making my first time experience worthwhile.

I reached out to Robert, half towards the end of November, because I was relocating to Ottawa. I was in touch with a contract placement Director, who was amazing, and then was sent over to speak to a permanent placement Director, Didn’t want to show her face during our teams chat which I think was important, especially trying to get to meet somebody and get a feel for them. Didn’t feel welcomed and was very closed off, and told me that she wasn’t able to help me in my search, even though I have over 14 years of accounting experience, as well as a diploma in accounting, business administration and payroll. Just be very wary About working with some placement officers at Robert half.

Robert Half and specifically Sarah Gluck were extremely helpful in finding me a new professional home. I really felt there was a good balance between the employer's needs and my own, and that I had an advocate, which is what you ideally want in recruitment agency when you are looking for a new job. Because it only works if both sides are happy and the culture is a good fit. At every step of the process I was informed and supported, and it was easy and efficient.
