Taris on the Water
Celebrated my mother's 80th surprise birthday party at Taris on the Water. I can't say enough about what a wonderful experience we all had. Karen, our server, was absolutely wonderful and went the extra mile to decorate our whole table with our party supplies before anyone got there. Karen was very attentive to all of our needs and couldn't have asked for a better server. The food was unbelievably delicious. Hats off to the chef's. I can't begin to reccomend food as we all loved every dish we had but I would definitely go back just for the appetizer of Brussels sprouts. Wow they were beyond amazing. Thank you again to Karen and everyone at Taris on the Water for such an amazing birthday celebration for my mother

Taris on the Water
Taris hosted our wedding reception just a few weeks ago, and we're still living on that high as they did an absolutely amazing job!! Justen, the manager, was our main point of contact. Simply put, Justen is worth his weight in gold (and then some!!) and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Justen was easily reachable to answer questions and provide details, checked in when needed, kept everything organized, was so attentive, and most of all we felt comfortable trusting him with helping put together a beautiful event (and he did!). We just dropped off some of our décor prior to the wedding, and Justen and the team at Taris took care of the rest on the day of. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated (the owner has great taste!), is located in a gorgeous spot right on the water with the bridge view, and has a lovely large tented patio that we were fortunate enough weather wise to enjoy. The restaurant was closed for our wedding, so we had the luxury of the entire space for our guests, and we truly felt like VIP. The food menu at Taris we found was great and offered variety to all guests. The chef, Sydney, did a heck of a job on all the food for the wedding - everything was delicious!!! Taris had a wonderful staff on that night working hard to ensure everyone was taken care of and they nailed it. Our family and guests had a blast, and we've gotten so many nice comments from them since about how much they enjoyed the evening at Taris, noting the great food & service. We would without hesitation recommend Taris to anyone thinking of hosting an event, or even just for lunch or dinner!THANK YOU Taris team - Justen, Sydney, owners Leda & Tom, the wait/bar staff as well as everyone else that had a hand in making this a beautiful evening for us. Taris on the Water
We’ve been to this wonderful restaurant several times, I would rate the food and service 10 stars if I could.Our latest visit was for Easter Brunch and once again we were wowed.My wife had the Breakfast Burger and I had the Lobster Eggs Benny which were both amazing meals.If you’ve never been to Taris I highly recommend that you do!

Love the setting!! Great server....very attentive and well informed. I had the Asian food bowl, which I thought was a very good portion size. However, I wouldn't say the same of my husband's fish tacos. It looked a little skimpy. Loved the music. Overall, a positive experience and will probably be back. Only negative is the limited parking in the back.

Taris on the Water
Met here for dinner with friends and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The food was excellent. I had the Fruitte de mare, essentially seafood spaghetti, and the scallops were perfectly cooked. We finished with amazing desserts. The service was friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was perfect. Sitting outside is recommended, looking over the old canal. We will definitely return.

Our first time here and it was so lovely! Enjoyed the patio seating & having drinks. Our server was very nice and checked up on us a few times. Our food was amazingly well portioned especially the crispy Brussels sprouts. My husband isn’t a huge fan of Brussels sprouts but he enjoyed them with added on bacon! The pork schnitzel was so good. Very large portion!Would definitely come back!

Beautiful location and view. The food was delicious! I had an excellent burger. We sat on the terrace in the shade and had a wonderful lunch. Our waitperson was prompt and friendly and had a great sense of humor!
