We were just looking for a place to eat, when we found this place. We didn't know that the place required prior reservation and found the staff, kind enough to offer us a seat. We ordered an appetizer and a main course both awesome. We shared the desert. The servers and chef were very friendly but that you expect in Alberta

This is the best restaurant we have been at in Jasper, and we have eaten in the top 10 of them. Everything was delicious and special. The server was so nice, when she asked if we needed anything else, I made a joke that world peace would be nice, so she drew me that.The food was Michelin level. If you want a better life, try their cheese cake. The drinks were also delicious. We will come back in our next visit.

Definitely make your reservations in advance.I had the Edge of the World cocktail - was smooth and easily finished two throughout the meal. The biscuits with homemade butter was tasty. It changes every day.We started with the Spicy Corn Dish. Many places do not mean spicy but this definitely had a kick.I ordered the Elk Wellington and my husband the Bison Ragout. Both were well seasoned and tender.We finished off with the White Chocolate Goat Cheesecake. Phenomenal way to finish and excellent meal.

I had the Elk Wellington, it was fantastic. Its not often I order a dish over $60 but this was well worth it. I know what I have paid for ground elk, and I know I could not have made a pastry as nice, or have even thought of combining mushrooms and blueberries? I appreciated how the flavors both combined and how I could also taste everything individually. All in all a great experience and worth the drive from Ontario.

The vibe inside is appreciated. Service was profession and attentive but casual, not trying to be too fancy. Complimentary (included) pallet cleansers and biscuit is a welcome and appreciated touch. The menu is intriguing. Elk carpaccio was good but I felt it was overpowered by everything else on the plate and the quality of those elements didn’t match the elk. Bison was good, like a slow cooked beef and the richness of the vegetable sauce was savourable. Unfortunately I found it hard to find the 3day smokey flavour, and the gnocchi was far more of potato flavour and texture then I would expect. Dessert also enjoyed. Overall all nice food, but at $90+ pp it was just too expensive for the flavours I got and the quality of the ingredients. I’m glad I tried but I wouldn’t return. I’ve had better for less.

Pretty pricey, but you get what you pay for. Excellent service, great cocktails. The salmon appetizer and the mushrooms risotto was incredible. Our whole table split the La Fin dessert sampler, and the warm maple whiskey drink was great.

I recently dined at Syrahs and was blown away by the quality of the food. The bison rib eye and arctic caribou dishes were some of the best I've ever had. The staff were incredibly friendly and made our dining experience all the more enjoyable. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and clean, adding to the overall pleasant experience. It’s not cheap but you get amazing quality for your money.If you're in Jasper or visiting, you need to try this place out.

I came to Alberta for good beef and what I got was great. This is more of a fine dining level of meals but with a Canadian twist, without any excess of pretentiousness, and with a warm welcome.Good wine selection as well. Service was extremely friendly and helpful. A great stop in Jasper which makes it even more memorable!

Expensive but totally worth it. We had the elk Wellington, the bison, and the onion tart. Everything was delicious, as were the cocktails and wine! Highly recommend.

The food and service was excellent.Carpaccio mushrooms tasted so good, the little extras were also delicious. A real treat.
